Monday morning comes. I feel refreshed and excited start working out more. “Can we go for a run? Im itching to stretch my legs.” Luna says excitedly and stretches her legs in my mind. I just chuckle. “Of course Luna girl we can go for a run!”

Luna starts jumping up and down while I’m making my way outside. I walk behind a tree and strip down to my sports bra and panties. I glance around to make sure no one is looking and strip them off as well.

I shift quickly into Luna still not used to even one seeing me naked. Luna stretches her legs and takes off running around. We notice green eyes watching us. “Jo do you want to shift and say hello?” Luna says excitedly.

“I guess we can Luna he looks like he is alone. I don’t have time to deal with the bimbo right now.” Rolling my eyes. Luna takes off to where my clothes are. We shift back and I put the sports bra and shorts on and walk over to him carrying my shirt.

“I see you listened and stayed near the school. What are you doing out here so early?” Miles says amusingly. I roll my eyes. “Well if you must know I am putting in the work for training. I don’t want Mr.Brown to flunk me. What are you doing out here this early mister alpha?”

He just chuckles and rubs the back of his neck. “Well I always work out early it helps to clear my head for the day.” He does looks relaxed. I nod my head. His eyes snap to my neck and his eyes darken.

I forgot to put my shirt on. I wasn’t thinking and just carried it over here with me. Maybe i am getting a little comfortable being naked ish around people.

“You don’t have a mate I see?” I blush at his comment and run the back of my neck looking down. “I’m only 17.” I hear him chuckle so my eyes snap back to his bright green eyes.

“Mmm only 17. When’s your birthday Jozette?” He asked sternly. Who do he think he is to be asking me questions like that. “Wouldn’t you like to know Mr. Alpha.”

He smirks. “I could just command you to tell me Jozette.” I just roll my eyes. Why does he call me Jozette and say it with such sweetness? “It’s Jo and I would like to see you try mister.”

He raises an eyebrow to me and doesn’t speak for a minute. Like he’s thinking about what to say next. “Alright Jo how about this. I train you in the mornings and you answer my questions about you?”

I’m surprised by his question. I blurt out flustered. “Why do you wanna know about me Miles?” He just chuckles and steps towards me. I take a step back. “There’s something different about you Jo and it’s not because you’re not in my pack. You are just interesting.”

“Well Miles how about this you train me in the mornings and we both get to answer questions? But we have to answer honestly or no deal.”

He chuckles. “We have a deal Jo! Tomorrow at 6:00 am meet me here. I’m looking forward to getting to know you Jo.” He brushes his hand across my cheek. I feel the tingles run down my spin and jump back. Miles taking a deep breathe in.

“You mean train me.” He smirks and winks at me. “Whatever you wanna call is Jo.” He turns to walk away. “Luna do you think he felt that as well? I have never reacted like this to anyone touching me.”

“Well almost never.” Luna says quietly. My mind flashes back to the guy from my dreams and him caressing my cheek in the forest.

The next morning I wake up excited. Time to work out with Mr. Hottie. Ew did I really call him that I mean Miles. Luna starts rolling on the ground barking like she is laughing. “Sure Jo!” I just roll my eyes. “Whatever Luna.”

I throw on some workout clothes and drink my coffee in a hurry. I rush back out to our meeting spot. I look around and see Miles sitting down on a mat with his eyes closed. I walk up to him and he motions for me to sit down on the mat beside him that I didn’t notice at first.

We sit there for a couple of minutes before i pipe up. “So what are we starting with today Miles?” He just peeks one eye open at me. “We are gonna start with mediating to center ourselves.” He’s got to be kidding me.

“Really mediating?” I snap back. He opens his eyes to look and me just rolls them. “Are you doubting me now Jo? I’m the alpha remember?” I just stare at him. He opens his eyes and sees me staring and I blush. He just chucked and closes his eyes again.

“When you mediate it helps you clear your mind and helps you focus. I saw that you got distracted sparing with Amber. If you want me to help you train you have to be able to focus and not get distracted.”

I just scoff at him. “We will mediate for 30 minutes every morning before training and then get to the physical stuff.” I nod and close my eyes. I sit there breathing and couldn’t help but notice how close we were. I couldn’t concentrate so I shook my head and tried to focus on my breathing. It finally evens out and I fall into a rhythm with my breathe and really started to mellow out.

I jump when I hear his watch beep signaling it’s been 30 minutes. He just chuckles. “Okay now to the physical stuff.” He starts by doing some yoga. I really did not expect that. “Where do you learn to do this?” I ask questioningly.

He just smirks. “Well my mother did. You do not know how many times it helped me not to pull or tear something while sparing. This helps loosen you up.”

“So which one of your parents is a wolf?” He asks while stretching down to touch his toes. I blush. “My dad is the one with the wolf.” He peaks up at me. “Did he not train you?”

“Well we just did the basics but when I became a teenager I asked if we could stop. I didn’t know that wolves trained everyday so I didn’t see the point then. He tried to get me to train more but I said no. I have never been around other wolves so I didn’t know that wolves trained every day.”

He stands up straight to look at me. “Wolf or not. You need to know how to defend yourself.” He says sternly. I just shrug. “It’s different in the human world. I mean if anyone attacked me Luna would just shift and rip them apart.”

“Luna I like that name. Lance liked running with her the other day.” Luna starts jumping up and down at the mention of his wolf. “Okay Luna girl calm down.”

“Okay I’m all loosened up should shift and have them do some drills.” I say so Luna doesn’t get to excited and shift. Miles smiles. “Sounds like a good idea. Let’s shift.”
