Stepping outside I slowly close the door behind me and hope Cedric gets more sleep. He must have been tired from walking and holding the sword and I had no idea from where he managed to get the food. I was going to make his burden a bit less and get a job for myself. I didn't know what yet, since I have never done it, but I was hoping anything small or big should do and help him a bit. The town was much louder in the morning. I put my leg outside the threshold and suddenly a cat ran from in front of me. I jumped back and squealed a little. Glancing up to see if anyone had witnessed it, I was glad that no one was around at that time. I could see small kids running around outside their houses, women holding the pot and going to fill the water, making me remember how we didn't have to do
