“How could you let her be in danger!!” The sound of voices like two people arguing filled the room.
“I left her to pack up after training…” I recognised the voice of Garreth, but he was cutted short by the hard accusatory voice of Brian.
“You were giving just a simple assignment, and you couldn't do it.” Brian retorted back at Garreth,
My mind was still grungy from the influence of alcohol. I remembered that I was led by a young trainee I met in the training ground to this mysterious place, where I had poked my nose where it shouldn't, my last memory being when Garreth stepped in to save me.
