When Jason dropped Dahlia off that evening, s**t hit the fan. Cortez had never been so angry in his life but Dahlia still handled the situation with dignity. “You’re cheating on me?” He shouted. “I really don’t understand how you could believe that Cortez.” Dahlia said. She never once raised her voice. Anita and Regina stood smugly beside Cortez. Cortez faced Dahlia with tears in his eyes. “I have to do what is right for my son.” “I know you can understand that.” “Besides, Jason is more important to you than the well being of me and my son.” “You proved that.” “I wanted you to get pampered today.” “But you were with him!” Dahlia looked confused. “What does Jason have to do with anything Cortez?” “What are you talking about?” Cortez couldn’t believe Dahlia was acting like she didn’t know
