"Arwyn." Her name rolled off the tip of his tongue elegantly. She couldn't help but shiver in delight at the way it sounds coming from him. "My name is Marcellus." The man in front of her responded with the same gorgeous grin and mischievous look still in his eyes. "You know my name. Now, can you leave?" Arwyn asked, visibly uncomfortable and frustrated that he was still there. He just let out a small, dark chuckle, leaning forward from his spot. "If you can out drink me, you'll never see me again." Marcellus said, eyes gleaming with mischief. Arwyn was one to never back down from a drink off. Confidently, she nodded at him. "But if I win, you will accompany me on an adventure." He added on. Almost instantly, she regretted her nod. If only he had made that request before she agreed. Marcellus offered her that same gorgeous grin before he swiftly stood and headed over to the barkeep. As quickly as he had left, he returned to the booth, setting down the drinks. And so the drink off began. The two bickered, shared some stories and even laughed as Marcellus told some jokes. The alcohol making it easier for the two to openly talk about all kinds of stuff. Every time they looked as though they had empty drinks and were fully awake, the barkeep would bring over more drinks for them. After about five or seven drinks, Arwyn was visibly very drunk. Swaying in her seat as she took a swig of another drink. Marcellus barely even felt the alcohol as he gazed at the female opposite with an amused chuckle escaping him. "That's all you've got?" He asked, enjoying this too much. Arwyn just blinked at him in disbelief. "Are you even tipsy?" The woman slurred, barely able to even form proper sentences. To answer her question, Marcellus shook his head with a charming smile. "Let me take you home." He spoke to the female, getting out of his seat and helping her to stand up, making sure to grab her coat before the two started off and out the door of the tavern. As much as Arwyn protested that she was perfectly capable of heading home herself. Marcellus was not taking no as an answer. Somewhere along the way, Arwyn tumbled down and landed flat on the ground with a groan. "I'm never drinking with you again." The woman slurred, looking up at Marcellus with a clear frown. He knelt down beside her, slowly sliding his arms under her legs and arms and lifting her up, carrying her as if she were his bride. It was most definitely the alcohol taking over, but the way his lips perked up into a curved smirk at her words made her face flush. A tug pulled at her heart strings as she watched the man with curiosity. What was such a handsome man doing in these parts of the town? Surely, this man belonged to some kind of noble family with features like this. And such strong physique. Noblemen and women were the only ones to look so... so perfect. It was ridiculous to even think it. But it was the truth. Arwyn was completely star struck by this man's perfect... everything. "You lost the drink off, so technically, you have to come on an adventure with me. And who knows, that could have alcohol involved." He said, beaming with a devilish smirk. Arwyn just let out another groan at his words as she was pulled from her thoughts. Though, Marcellus stopped walking, his eyes landing on a wanted poster. WANTED: Arwyn Vespertine for killing a member of the Supreme Court. REWARD: 10,000 gold. LOCATION: Currently unknown. Most likely at a tavern somewhere. Wow, nice touch. She was indeed mostly at the tavern every night. And when she's not? Probably out picking fights she can't finish. The poster then goes into detail about her looks, even has a very off-putting drawing of her. The price for her went up, though. It was only 5,000 gold the last time she saw one of these posters. A loud, howling laughter erupted from the man as his head tilted back. Almost dropping her out of his arms before quickly regaining his composure as she gripped onto him, not wanting to fall on the ground again. "You killed a member of the Supreme Court?"
