Prince Vallin's Suspicion!

Writer's POV
The next morning, the night guards on patrol laid the dead men right in front of the palace with one of them alive. They were about nineteen of them dead and one alive. The king stood in front of them, with prince Vallin behind him.
The king was surprised to see them. His lips curved into a smirk.
"Nice job done" he said to the patrol guards. They all exchanged glances with each other and lowered their heads.
"I'm sorry my king, but we didn't do anything to these men. We found them lying dead in front of the palace gate and this one shivering in fear" he said.
"What?" The king asked, looking shocked.
"Someone must have caught them and brought them. But, who? Judging by their uniforms, they are high skilled assassins. Even Vallin can't fight them" the king spoke and paused.
Vallin rolled his eyes. He knew his father always underestimated him.
The king ordered the men to grab the last man. They made him stand but, he was still shivering in fear.
"Tell me, who are you?"
"I... Forgive me! I was asked to confess" he said and started crying. The king was more confused.
"Who asked you to confess?" He asked.
"The person who killed my team member..."
"Tell me, who is he?" The king grabbed his collar. The man started to urinate on himself. The king felt disgusted but, that won't stop him from collecting the information that he needed.
"Tell me!" He yelled.
"It's a girl! She's so young and... Strong and powerful! I've never seen someone like her before" he said.
The king gasped, even the patrol guards were confused. A girl?
"Are you sure you saw her well?"
"It was dark, I couldn't see her face but she killed them with one s***h. I'm not mistaken. She told me to confess to the king and..."
"Tell us! Who sent you?" Vallin interrupted him.
"We were sent my one of the Alpha pack. We don't know which pack. We only received information from our boss. We were told to plant spies around the palace before the attack"
"When will the attack take place?"
"Probably in two months or less. I'm not sure. I don't know anything about it" he said.
They heard footsteps from behind. They turned and saw some guards and prince Todd, together with Aria.
"Prince Todd! Where are you coming from? Did you go out again and take a palace maid with you?" The king growled angrily.
Aria saw that it was the men she killed last night, together with the last one. She immediately fell on her knees.
"Forgive me, my king. I should have stopped him but, I couldn't. Kill me as my punishment" she said.
The man who was scared earlier heard her voice. His body started to shake in fear again. He remembered her voice from last night. Immediately, he pushed the guard by his right and used his right hand to take a dagger from his shoe. Immediately, he slit his throat, with his blood splashing everywhere.
A cunning smile appeared on Aria's face. She raised her head and watched him die. That serves him right. They plan to take the king and his family down.
"How dare they take my mission from me. It's my life task to kill the king and his whole family" Aria thought to herself. Todd immediately covered her eyes.
"You shouldn't watch this Aria. Come with me" he said and walked with me. He took me out of there.
"He was so scared. The person who caught them must have inflicted great fear inside him. Who could she be?"
"She told him to confess and kill himself. I'll find her father"
"Find her. She'll be a great tool in finding the lost princess" the king said. Aria could hear him.
She couldn't believe they were going to send an assassin to her.
"Yes father!" Vallin spoke and left.
"I better hurry and kill these people before they figure out who I am" she thought to herself.

Prince Todd took Aria to her room. The palace maids watched them walk together. He even entered into her room. She was happy she kept her swords hidden.
"You can take your hands away now" she said.
"Ah, I'm sorry" he said and dropped his hand.
"I'm sorry, it's my fault you saw all of those things" he said.
"It's okay. I'm fine"
"No girl can see blood or the sight of dead people and be okay. I'm sorry. You don't need to work today, I'll make sure you get some breakfast and hangover soup" he said and touched her head. Aria watched him leave. She frowned, recollecting what he just said about how normal girls should feel when they see blood or dead people.
She started seeing dead people and blood at the age of six. It wasn't new to her. Her family was even part of it. She doesn't feel too good, staying with her enemies. She hated it. She wished to end their life once and for all.

Prince Todd already gave the orders to the maids. He was heading up to his room when his brother blocked him.
"What do you want?" He asked Vallin, harshly.
"About Aria. Where was she last night?"
"Why do you care?" He asked. Vallin grabbed his collar.
"I'm asking you a damn question!"
"She was with us last night. We went to drink"
"Did she do anything?" He asked again. He was getting suspicious of her.
"Well, she drank more than us and dozed off on the bed" he said.
Vallin heard that. He thought they must have spent the night together. He let go of his collar and sighed deeply.
"She may not be the one" he mumbled.
"What are you saying?" Todd asked.
"Go to your room and play with some toys" Vallin frowned and left. Todd smirked. He knew he was angry. He just left Vallin alone and went to his room.
Vallin clenched his fist angrily, remembering what his father said earlier.
'Someone must have caught them and brought them. But, who? Judging by their uniforms, they are high skilled assassins. Even Vallin can't fight them'
He growled.
"I'll show you that I'm strong father. Whoever this girl is, I'll find her!" He clenched his fist, even tighter. He was going to set out for the town and search for clues about this so called girl.

Aria was done bathing. Her hair was dripping wet. She used a towel to dry it as she head out of the bathroom.
Just then, she heard a knock on the door. She walked towards the door and saw it was some maids. They all held different type of meal in different trays. She looked inside her room. It was empty, just bed and a chair. Her small bag was filled with just few clothes.
"Hello Aria!" They waved. She remembered that she beat up some of them few days ago.
"What are you all doing?" Aria asked.
"We came to serve you breakfast" they chorused.
"Um..." She stuttered. They pushed her out of the way and entered into the room. They were shocked to see how empty it was.
"How can your room be this empty?"
"How do you live like this?"
Sure, Aria hasn't entered any of their rooms before but, she was sure it was well decorated by them. Maybe, with toys and painting of naked men. She sat on the bed before they think of checking under the bed.
"Thanks for the breakfast, you can go now"
One of them sat close to her.
"Your bed is so soft, lucky you!"
Another one sat at the other side.
"Your hair is so long and shiny. What do you use?"
"Your skin... So soft and smooth!"
Aria had enough already. She sprung up from the bed.
"What do you all want?" She asked.
"Please, be our head. We are tired of Natalia"
"Please. You are stronger than she is and prince Vallin and Prince Todd likes you. The Alpha even favours you"
"I'm sorry, I can't. I can't take Natalia place and you shouldn't jump into conclusion. I'm only prince Todd's maid and nothing to prince Vallin. Now, do me a favour and leave" she said. They left her room disappointed.
She closed the door and ate her food. She couldn't believe she got this many.
"So, this is how Natalia live. Cunning b***h!" Aria thought to herself.
After some hours, she was done eating and resting. She woke up and saw it was almost evening. She hurriedly took the tray to the kitchen. While she was coming out, she met a maid.
"You must be Aria"
"Yes, I am" Aria responded.
"Prince Vallin is searching for you. He's in the training ground" she said and left.
"Argh! Not again!" She said.
She tiredly walked to the training ground and saw him training hard. His body was drenched in sweat.
"Great, you're here" he said, in a low calming voice.
"You asked for me" she said.
"Of course, I did. I'm training hard. Our pack is going to be attacked in few months, I have to prepare as the Alpha's son" he said.
"Why do you need me then?" She asked.
He paused and strike his sword into the sand.
"The person who killed those men today was a girl. I'm searching for her. My father claims she's stronger than me"
"Your father must be wrong. You are stronger, my Prince" Aria tried to praise him, thinking that will make him let her go.
"I know that. So, I want you to train with me"
"I can't use a sword, my prince" she said.
He left where he stood and walked closer to her. His eyes were gold, like he was thirsty for blood.
"What if you were the one who killed those men?" He asked. Aria's facial expression still didn't change.
"Then, I'll train with you" she added. He furrowed his eyebrows. That wasn't what he was expecting. He thought she was going to be scared and shift her gaze, but she was really good at hiding her expression.
"She may be good, but it won't stop my suspicions" he said. He sighed and left her side.
"Training is over. I have to prepare. It's a full moon today, hunting time" he said and his eyes went gold.
Aria shot her eyes wide open. It was time for hunting. She wasn't 18 yet but she lied about her age. How would she cover for that?
"Oh no, what do I do?" She asked herself.
