Chapter 15 Despite the central heat worming its way through my tired bones and muscles, a shiver sneaked up my spine, snatching my comfort away. Thoughts of the whirlwind trip swirled in my mind. Sitting cross-legged on my bed, staring at the night sky full of stars, I mulled all the questions my journey had thrown my way. So many of them, and no answers. Being back home, in my city, did not give me the comfort I thought it would. Throwing my head back, I massaged my nape, slowly working out the kinks.
