I measured out the flour, sugar, and salt, then I proceeded to mix out the dry ingredients in a bowl.
The day before yesterday had ended well; we signed the lease and stayed a while at the shop that was now ours while making plans for designs and setup.
As much as I feel excited to kick start a business I've dreamt of my entire life, I'm not prepared for the nervousness or feeling of uncertainty that follows.
What if I failed? What if I'm not capable enough to handle it? I mean, I don't know much about businesses; I've been reading some books on business since I won the bet, but how far will that knowledge take me?
I could also hire someone to handle the legal and financial side while I manage the event planning aspects; that could work.
