CALISTA'S P. O. V Crack. The sound echoed around the room, louder than my beating heart. Hope spread its wings inside me, giving me a sudden surge of strength. I hit the wall again, recoiling back slightly, but the impact left a dent. My heart hanged in my throat. “Please. Please. Please."
