A few days later
"Happy one-month anniversary!" Daniel shook me awake, and I groaned.
"Dude, how the heck did you get in here?" Joshua demanded.
"Oh, your dear mother, let me in."
I opened my eyes to see Daniel beside my bed, holding a big bouquet of roses.
"Morning, babe," he smiled, handing me the flowers.
"So cute. Now get the hell out of our room," Josh snapped.
"Guys, breakfast is on the counter. I have to leave now," Mom announced.
Even though I don't fully trust Daniel, he does have a good heart, but that doesn't mean I like him.
