The FBI told Wyatt that they have the evidence that Kindel is in the mansion, so now they just have to set up a sting operation to get her out of there. They could get a search warrant and put cameras in the home. They could now see inside the mansion. They wanted to make sure that she is out of harm's way, but to do that they would have to do that while Travis was out of the mansion. If they get her out while he is out of the mansion, then Travis would be tipped off and he would run away. They decided the best way to go about getting her out is when she is in her room and Travis is home. The next day, the FBI put the sting operation in place.
