CHAPTER 27 Rose’s POV Days after we went shopping, Damien and I finally went on our vacation. Only one of the bodyguards came with us. Damien’s reason for that was that he didn't want to attract too much attention. The afternoon Kenyan sun was hot on our skin as we stepped out of the jet and walked towards the limo Damien had arranged earlier. He’d meticulously planned every step of the trip, and I'd seen him going over the plans over and over. After our luggage had been cleared and loaded into the boot, we got into the limo, and the driver took us away from the airport. Damien pulled out his tablet and began scrolling. “We're going to be staying at a safari resort in a place called…” he trailed off, staring intently at the screen of the tablet in his hand. “Whatever that is called.”
