Her grandma’s story reminded her of herself and her relationship with Mark.
She couldn’t help but try to conjure scenarios in her head was this why her father never loved her, because he never knew how to love his own child, who could blame him his father never loved him and that’s probably why he doesn’t know how to cause he was never shown that love by his father.
But deep down Delilah knew it was her desperation to have at least either her mother or fathers love that was bringing up all this ridiculous scenarios and the idea that Liam put in her head of her father caring about her. What a joke she scoffed.
