Jeremy
The last meeting of the day finished at 4:45pm but Jeremy’s work day wasn’t over yet. He had a report due first thing in the morning that he still had to revise. By the time that was done, Jeremy had just enough time to get to the rehearsal dinner. He was glad he had the forethought to plan on driving separately from Andrea to the event. There was no way he would have been able to get home and back in time.
When Jeremy pulled into the parking lot of the venue he didn’t see Andrea’s car there yet. He wondered what was keeping her, there were only a few minutes left until the dinner started. It was cold and rainy outside today and he couldn’t wait for her to arrive. Jeremy walked into the dining hall and took his seat.
