Tori felt bad that she had to leave Rachel alone at the store twice in one week. Wednesday afternoon she left early to prepare for Darryl’s birthday dinner. His parents, LeRoy and Vanessa were coming over and she wanted to impress them. Though Vanessa never said anything negative about Tori, she had the impression that Vanessa was always watching her, waiting for her to make a mistake.
