When the door opened, I saw Adalid enter with a bowl that seemed to have medicine in it.
"This will help you heal. But you have to drink it all. You are a strong hybrid and you need a lot of medicine" she said with a slight smile.
"It's not necessary. I appreciate everything, but I can really heal myself" I said gently.
She grimaced and went out for a few minutes; when she returned, she brought a bowl of tasty fried chicken and eggs. The delicious aroma of the food made my mouth water, yet I shrugged my shoulders.
"Come on, you'll refuse food too? You must eat something. Do you really think I'll hurt you?" She said with a pained expression.
I looked at her embarrassed and lowered my gaze "I just..." I couldn't even finish speaking when a roar came from my stomach.
