When I reached the end of the hallway, I saw a low room with shelves on one wall and a hole in the ceiling through which all the sunlight seemed to enter.
I stepped into the room like a muse and saw the light hit some kind of stone table with a low wall full of inscriptions.
"f**k, f**k, f**k, Bridge! I've found the true altar of the goddess!" I said excitedly.
"Okay, get out of there now!" She answered anxiously.
