I heard a couple of knocks on the door that brought me out of my thoughts
"Go ahead" I said.
"Miss, a letter has arrived for you" said the man bowing to me.
With a grimace, I took the envelope and motioned for the man to step aside.
As soon as I opened the envelope, a satisfied smile tugged at my lips. The vampire king, Cory was on my side, which meant all was well.
