After lunch which was filled with lots of flirty glances and smiles between Alex and Charlotte, the boys found me in a much better mood. I was slightly less agreeable when I was directed back to the tower, but another surprise outside the cafe gave me slightly higher spirits. Isaac in all his glory was waiting leaning on a street sign tapping away at his phone.
“You could have joined us.” I jumped up next to him poking my head between his phone and his eyes.
“I could have, but you needed to eat.” He poked my nose pushing me back out of the way, “Shall we go on our walk then?”
I almost forgot about our walk, silly me. “Look at you giving me what I want.” I hugged his lage arm tightly turning back to my two babysitters, “They can stay. I’ve given them enough grief today.”
