I took mental notes about their experiences, mostly what I got out of it was that I was incredibly fortunate to be a kitsune. I knew there was some resentment about it, but that was passing the more we talked. Being allowed to help out the newest initiate was somewhat of an honor and while I knew I was dipping my toes a little too far into the Luna pool, but I was more than happy to help after everything.
