The walk took forever but I kept mummy and daddy entertained with my questions and giggles I had never had so much fun! “We are nearly there” Mummy said with a tender look on her face as she gazed at me Daddy looked up and laughed I smiled widely “We are here Carla” he said with a nod towards an old house “Lets make sure that The Little one here knows how to do it” Mummy nodded then looked down at me “Say this sweetie: Show me your secrets” nodding I repeated what mummy said no soon than i said it the house was replaced with a big camp “Magic?” I asked Mummy she nodded without any warning Mummy and Daddy started forward suddenly the empty camp came alive with people; elderly people where sitting on nice looking chairs and children were running around playing a game that I would like to join excited I started to squirm around in Mummy’s arms “Me want to play!” I told Mummy pointing at the children “Please?” Mummy nodded and set me down, now that I could move all my limbs I jumped up and down excitedly then took off without warning I soon found the children that was chasing the other children “Can I play?” I asked with a smiled up at them The child paused “Sure! My Name is James and you are?” I frowned at James’s question then shook my head “I don’t have a name” I said James shrugged them a wide grin found its way onto his face “You better run!” he laughed “Otherwise I will tag you!” With a squeal I dashed away from James; not looking where I was going I crashed into a child this time a girl, “Watch where your-” she stopped when she saw me ‘ANOTHER GIRL!” she said with a wide grin “Im Lily what's your name?” that’s the same question James asked me Is it really that important a name? I wondered to myself. Shrugging I answered her question “I don’t have a name!” she frowned momentarily then smiled again and went in for a hug I looked over her shoulder as I hugged her back, James was running right for us I quickly detangled myself from her then grabbed her hand, spotting an area we could lose him, The elderly, without a second thought I turned away from James and lily then ran towards the elderly people Lily let out an annoyed huff “What are you doing?” she asked me I grin even though she couldn’t see “Running away from the tagger” I called to her over my shoulder Lily gave a laugh as she freed her hand from mine and caught up with me “What are we going to do? She asked I nodded towards the Elders “Changer direction as soon as you come close to them the turn to a random direction and split up!” Lily let out another laugh as we continued running… “Ahh there she is!” said a voice I looked up to see mummy and grinned I swerved around her and continued to the elders I could hear her voice laughing. “NOW LILY!” I called she laughed at me and we split off in different directions I ran past James and grinned at him, his face was full of confusion as he spun around to look for lily who had been with me a moment ago my running was stopped short when calloused hands caught me and lifted me up “Sorry sweetie but we must give you a name and for you to be accepted” I sighed then nodded I was going to get a name! How cool! I twisted around in Daddy's arms to see James He poked his tongue out so I did to He then ran up to my Daddy and said “Dad why is She here?” he pointed to me Daddy laughed at James’s face “Your new sister!” James’s frown turned into a grin “She is going to be getting a name soon” Daddy said “Leader Jack will be there to witness it” James nodded then smiled wider “Can I come?” he asked Daddy nodded and started towards a house that looked more fancy than the rest. The door opened before Daddy could knock on the wood to be let in behind the door was an old man with greying hair and sunken in eyes his face as covered in wrinkles and his hands were the same I let out a small giggled as I looked at the man “Grandpa!” I laughed as my hands reached out to touch his face the man laughed and stepped back then looked at Dad “I suppose you have a name for her?” he asked dad nodded then made his way to enter but James got there first; he slipped round he man’s legs and ran inside Daddy laughed as the man stepped back to make room for him to enter “Sorry about James” he said as he moved past the man. “Follow me” the man said as he made way to a shut door; opening it revealed an empty room. “Stand in the middle of the room” the man told me nodding I waited for Daddy to put me down on the ground I walked over to the spot and stood there unsure of what was going to happen next the man walked around me then nodded “Carla, and James” he said I looked around and Spotted Mummy who I had not seen at first “Please stand as far away as you can” Carla nodded and grabbed James hen moved to a conner as far away as she could “Eugene Come close and take her hands” Daddy nodded and moved towards me; but before he grabbed my hands he then carefully grabbed my hands like the man said “You know what to do; I'll leave you to it” with those final words the man turned away and left the room daddy turned to me and smiled “Are you ready young one?” he asked in a whisper I nodded he then smiled “listen up young one and listen well for I shall be giving you a name” Daddy paused “Your name is something special” he paused again and stepped back from me; letting go of my hands “Your identity” a ribbon of gold had started to wrap itself around me “It is something people will call you” the ribbon had now covered me except for my face it was slowly lifting me up into the air. “Young and nameless child I will now give you a name” he said a fleeting look of panic crossed his face as the room that had still air start swirling around, but nevertheless he continued on strongly “From this day forth you will be nameless no more” the wind hand now become something like a raging storm the room had become dark; I felt calm as if I was connected to it. “Young child You are name after My Mother and Her Mother” Daddy yelled over the wind “I give you the name Lizbeth!”he cried again the name made me smile I liked it the wind calmed down and the raging storm was no more “May you love the name and uphold the legacy of My mother and hers” the golden ribbon faded away I was lowered to the ground; my head was aching and my vision was blurry, maybe a nap won’t hurt... The bed was comfy I snuggled into it wanting it to last forever but alas all good things come to an end the blankets were torn off me I lazily opened one eye to come face to face with James “Morning Sis!” he said with a grin I smiled back at him “Lily has come over to visit..” at the words ‘Lily’ and ‘Visit’ I jumped out of bed and collided foreheads with James “Woah” he said as he stumbled back “remind me to not do that again” I giggled and looked around “Is this my room?” I ask with interest James nodded “Do you like your name?.. Lizbeth?” he asked It was the first time I had ever heard my name being used and I smiled “I LOVE IT!” I yelled jumping up and down James grinned “Easy there Lizzy” he said while turning around and appearing to get something off a table. “LIZZY!” I huffed “If you get to give me a name like that so will I!”James chuckled and nodded “Blow yourself away with choosing one!” he told me “No one has ever came up with one!” at those words the world flashed black a if I went blind ‘No one has ever came up with one!’ I frowned at the words that Echoed in my head whatever it was I didn’t care ‘hmmm How about Jazz?’ That was my voice I nearly gasped but stopped myself just in time the name Jazz… James.. JAZZ! I grinned “What about… Jazz?” James turned around with a bunch of clothes in his hands and his face contorted into mock fury, “How did you choose that good of a nickname?” he asked trying to maintain the mock anger but he laughed halfway through the sentence “here put these on then come down for breakfast” I gave Jazz a short nod and grinned when I looked down at the clothes he gave me Quickly pulling of my night clothes I pulled on the Pants and top; my hands went up to my head to feel my long red hair, I must look terrible with no brush being pulled through it, shrugging I ran down the stairs and followed the crispy smell of something being cooked I spotted mummy standing by a fire oven; slowly putting out; when it was finally out she turned to me, “Oh Lizbeth are you ready for breakfast?” I nodded but then she looked over me “My gosh look at your hair!” she rushed over, pausing at a wooden table to pick up a brush and hair bands “let me do your hair!” she said pointing at a small stool for me to sit on quickly I walked over to it and sat down, I could feel the brush playing tug and war with my hair, after she had succeeded in taming my wild hair she parted my in in three parts and platted it for me “there you go hun” she said with a soft smile “now eat breakfast and go outside” nodding I gulped down the food wanting be outside to talk to Lily.
