The door to Diana’s bedroom opened up and Emily walked inside, turning the lights on.
Her hands shook with as she brought them closer to her mouth, holding back her sobs; as tears continued to spring down her face.
She had put Polly to sleep, who had been nagging her mother, asking multiple questions about the things that had happened.
