“Can you please speed it up a little?” Diana, politely rose the request to the taxi driver, who looked through the rearview mirror and nodded back at her, stepping on the gas pedal and speeding the car through the narrow street lanes. Diana picked her phone out of her bag and the first thing that her instincts ordered her to do was to call Adrian. She dialed his number and held the phone with shaky hands close to her ear but just after the second ring, Adrian declined her call, showing no interest to pick up her phone.
