Chapter Thirty-seven: Bed Rest
Allison had me on my side and she felt around my back and then my hip, I only felt the pain when she put pressure on my hip. "Good new! Its just your sciatica. Bad news is I'm putting you on bed rest until you next appointment, I want it to get better before it gets worse and sends you into early labor." She said and threw her gloves into the trash bin. "Okay, now I am really glad I hired another baker." I said and sat up fully with her help. "You can take Tylenol but that's it to help manage the pain but don't over do it, you just need to rest and hope it works it self out, and at night when you go to sleep try sleeping on the opposite side." She explained and I nodded my head taking everything she was saying in. "Now get home and get some sleep I will call you in
