28 Rat Attack A pair of hands came out of nowhere and caught my right wrist, only my stomach plunging ten storeys down. I looked up and saw Nathan holding on to me, half of his body leaning out over the window ledge. He hauled me up, all the way in through the window. We collapsed on a cool, dusty floor inside, before sorting ourselves out of a human tangle and peeping over the ledge.
