Chapter 4: Extraction

Kara packed her vomit and the syringe into a bag labeled ‘biohazard’ before dumping them into the waste disposal bin on the first floor.

William was quick to return to the room with Chris in tow. Kara expressed her gratitude as she accepted the medicine. Taking her condition into consideration, Kara did not swallow the pill out of concern for any side effects. She instead hid the pill below her tongue while pretending to swallow.

Noticing that Kara was unwell, Chris suggested that she should take a rest in the infirmary, and she agreed.

Chris quickly excused himself to give his friend more alone time with Kara.

The man was ready to leave after making sure that Kara was alright.

But he felt a tug on the corner of his shirt.

Even Kara did not know why she did that.

But her instincts were screaming at her. William had something she wanted. She could not allow him to leave.

William was stunned, but was at the same time gladdened by Kara’s change in behavior.

He sat back down at the side of her bed, carefully picking a spot so that his back will be against the dim light, and removed the two top buttons of his clothes with an excuse that the weather was hot.

The muscles on his chest were extremely appealing under the dim lighting.

He began telling her about the news of the day: the cows of a farm in Texas had undergone mutations that caused their milk to turn green. Tests showed that the milk contained an unknown substance.

Kara could see his mouth moving, but she could not hear what he was saying. Her attention was focused on the glistening droplets on his lips.

She could no longer hold herself back. She pressed her lips against William’s.

And the moment those droplets touched her lips…

Sweet…

It’s so sweet…

She suckled on the sweet nectar on William’s lips hungrily, as if she was going to devour him starting from his mouth.

William was initially shocked, but he soon quickly sunk into the kiss.

His face started to turn red, his breath was getting heavier, and a certain object on his crotch was awakening…

This was something that he was looking forward to, and something that he should have been very familiar with. But at that moment, it was as if he was in a trance.

Kara bit down on William’s lips once she was done lapping the liquid on his lips.

The moment she drew blood, the truth finally dawn upon her:

What she craved was his bodily fluids.

She did not know what happened to her body, but she knew that his bodily fluids was now her food.

Kara sucked on William’s blood hungrily and parted her lips from his reluctantly. There was a theory she had to test out.

She pushed William onto the bed, and tied his limbs together. She received no resistance from the man.

She began licking his body, all the way from his chin, to his neck, his abdomen, and towards the bush hidden under his jeans.

“How long are you going to stand there?” Kara looked up at the entrance before removing William’s pants.

Chris, who had been watching, immediately blushed, knocking over the boxes near the entrance as he turned around to flee.

William was still in a trance despite the commotion. He was twisting and wiggling his body. He was craving Kara’s touch.

Every time Kara’s finger came into contact with his body, it would send him trembling.

She traced her finger along his body, until she reached his bulging member…

Clear liquid was seeping from the large object.

Kara hesitated for a moment before licking the liquid with her tongue.

But thick white liquid erupted from the object the moment her tongue made contact with it, catching her completely by surprise. 

She gagged, and gave the object an angry slap.

Its owner blushed. He creased his eyebrows at the pain, but made no protest. It was as if he was embarrassed by how useless his member was.

When Kara finally recovered from her bout of coughing, she sampled a drop of semen on her face, and fragrance immediately exploded in her mouth.

She had tasted semen before. It tasted fishy and salty to her. It was entirely different from the euphoric sensation she was having at that moment.

She could feel energy returning to her.

And she finally knew what she wanted.
