I burst out of the cell, my mind focused on one thing, escape. I had to get out of Landside Park and make my way to Rogue Park. Luciana's help had been useful, but I didn't have time to think about that now. I had to keep moving.
I sprinted through the forest, my eyes scanning the terrain for any signs of pursuit. I could hear the distant howls of the Landside pack, but I knew I had a head start.
I followed the river, using its winding path to guide me towards the Rogue Park. I didn't have time to think about Luciana or her motives. She had been a means to an end, and that's all.
My mind was focused on one thing, survival. I had to make it to the Rogue Park and gather allies if I was going to take down Kayson and his pack.
