Chapter 58

"Naizen! Son, oh God, I was ringing your phone when Ellen and Hector arrived and I didn't see you but you were unattended. I know you would come but what happened? What took you so long? Leticia gave birth to a bouncing baby boy and he looks like Harry, literally."

Naizen opened his arm to invite his mother for a hug and let go Yvonne's hand. He was holding her when they arrived at the hospital. He smiled upon hearing her mother's kind of panicked voice. Well, he used to his mother acting like this when things are happening in their family.

And Leiticia's baby is the first baby of the Alvarez' and not just that, he's Harry's child and that is why his parents must so fond of this child. And he know he would be too.

"Hi mom, I am glad that Leticia have already gave birth, I was hoping she would make it normal and I know she would because she's a fighter. I am sorry I arrived late, just something very important that is out of my control came up," he responded after a hug he made with his mother.

He went to give his father a manly hug as well as Leticia's parents who really looks like excited. Their faces were light and so fond of everything.

"Good morning, dad."

"Good morning," his dad responded in an authoritative voice. Well, he used to that and that's not new.

"You are with someone," Leticia's mom uttered that made Naizen looked back to see Yvonne. She was smiling at him, he reached her hand and pulled her beside him.

"Good morning to all of you," Yvonne greeted everyone and bowed her head. She gave everyone a smile but not getting the same smile from these people. Oh well.

"Of course. I believe you know this beautiful woman right beside me. She's also been so excited to see the little Harry. Can we see him now?" he said without breaking the smile he has on his face even the moment they arrived.

"Of course, why not," the old man — Leticia's dad said. "Ellen and Hector are there staring at the baby. They love him so much," he added and the woman giggles.

"How about Leticia? Can we see her as well?" asked Naizen.

"Yes, however, she just fall asleep and that is why we are here outside. That door, that's her room for she was immediately transfered to a private room — her request," answered Leticia's mom and pointed the closed door behind him.

Yvonne also followed Naizen's head and turned her head to see the door pointed. She brings back her attention to the elders and she caught how Mrs. Alvarez looked at her flatly. About Mr. Alvarez, he gave her a glance with the eyes that could kill — if looks could kill.

Ellen and Hector been telling her stories about good of a people does Naizen's parents are. They must be good, to the people they want around them, to those people who have much with them but to someone like her who have nothing, they're hate that. And the way Leticia's mother looked at her, the old woman seems to be very curious about her. She probably heard a thing about Yvonne.

"We'll wait until she wakes up, please excuse us, we'll see the little Harry," said Naizen and pulled her with him.

Yvonne bowed her head as a sign of respect to the elders before she followed Naizen even if he was holding her hand. Sje was certain that by this moment, Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez must be very upset that they would want to bring her down right in this moment.

"I don't think people here are happy that I am here," said Yvonne that made Naizen stopped walking to look at her with confusion.

"What do you mean?" his eyes narrowed looking at her straight to her eyes.

"I mean, it feels odd that I am here and those are here doesn't like the idea of me being here," she responded that made Naizen even more confused about what she said that he narrowed his eyes and knotted his forehead.

"Who told you that?"

"Instinct?"

"Stop thinking about that. Leticia, she likes you and she wanted to be friends with you, she wants you here and she'd probably be very happy if she'll get to see you here with me," he responded and cleared assumptions.

"So where's the baby Harry?" she asked smiling and tried to divert the topic. Today is not about her, it's about Leticia and the new born little Harry. She can endure a day with Naizen's parents and those people who doesn't like the idea of her being here.

"On the other corner is the well-baby nursery."

She nodded and just followed Naizen until she spotted Ellen ans Hector standing next to that glass windowed room and she was certain that's the so called well-baby nursery. She could spot the wide smile from Naizen's best friend — they're so prescious. They care a lot to Leticia and this kid.

"I'll get to see how your brother Harry looks like," she jokes that made Naizen chuckled for he found that witty with fact.

"Naizen, Yvonne," Ellen greeted them and kisses their cheeks both.

"Leticia's sleeping and Auntie requested to just give her space so we all went outside her room," Hector said and gave her a kiss on her cheek.

She turned her head to see Naizen when he all of a sudden pulled her tee and made her stood up very close to him and in between him and Ellen.

"Yes, Aunt informed us about that too," Naizen responded.

"So, where's the little Alvarez?" Yvonne askes and Ellen pointed that cute little baby in his white clothes and he has a very pointed nose. It was already visible even if he's just a new-born.

She saw how cute the baby, he looks so precious and the thought of her carrying a baby as soft as that kind of scared the hell out of her. Her face suddenly went straight and she was looking at the baby seriously.

*"How does it feel having a child on your own? Leticia was so lucky to have everything. Not everyone is blessed to have everything under their palm, some got the comfortable life but doesn't have a chance to be a mother and have a child on her own. Unlucky for me, I don't have a chance to be called mom for I am not destined to have any."*
