"I am glad that finally this time I didn't hear you complaining to stop me," Ellen said chuckling while looking at her.
They're now inside the store of the jewelry. Yvonne just sighed and gave up after the several complaints she made and nothing in her favore was happened.
"I just got tired complaining for I realized that you even won't listen to me," she answered lifelessly but Ellen just shrugged and laughed louder a little than the so called chuckle.
"I was really certain that we will be good friends. You can count me in anything, just don't make things that would surely make me mad and I will do the same," Ellen responded and the only thing she could do was to pout.
Yvonne was losing her mind thinking that her own life wasn't enough to pay all the debt she had with Naizen. The man was giving her the chance to live the luxury living she never experienced in her entire life. Seeing all these things she will be putting around her in thay four corners of the room that Naizen allowed her to stay was just a dream.
Her whole life was full of chaos and never in her dream happened that she would have a chance to even wear a clothes like these.
"Hector will be here later," she heard Ellen said and without her control her eyes narrowed.
"Why? Is he here around?" she asked. She was just thinking that it would be so much of an embarrassment roaming around the eyes of Naizen's friends for they all knew that she has nothing within her when she came from nowhere.
She even had no idea what runs in Naizen's head why the hell he undoubtedly helped her. She had nothing to return the kindness and it wouldn't be easy for her to start a life her. She was certain that Naizen's help would surely end at the shelter and the clothes she could wear. The rest of her life was her responsibility and she won't complain to that.
"Yes, he has an appointment with his father's colleague and probably was also the reason why Peter was here and happened to see us in the restau," Ellen pretentiously said rolling her eyes that she seems annoyed with Peter's presence.
"Don't get me wrong, but I have noticed your cat and a dog — like of argument with Peter. Are you two having a frenemy relationship?" she asked — no, it was more like teased Ellen.
Ellen dropped the necklace she was holding after hearing Yvonne's question she never expected.
"Sh*t, I'm sorry, please add this in my charge. I will take this as well," Ellen said to the lady in-charge with the jewels. Ellen then looked at her with wide eyes, full of confusion and she was like had a two or more heads. "What did you just asked?" she asked her whispering like it was a huge secret nor a huge not allowed to talk with.
"H-hey, don't look at me like that, I don't know anything and that is why I was asking," she defended, biting her lower lip to prevent her laughter that would want to come out for she was starting to give Ellen back the teases after observing Ellen's moves.
"Don't ever ask me again about that asshole."
She was cracking in a smile with the scene of Ellen being so defensive. She even almost groan in pain in biting her own lips. She no longer can hold her laughter when Ellen didn't take her eyes out from her eyes like she was waiting for her to c***k out.
"I told you, don't look at me like that," she whispered and in between words, her laughter can be heard.
"I really want to make friends with you but because of this, I was thinking of taking it back," Ellen responded while looking at her — wait, more like, giving her a stare, no, it was a glare — a one sharp of a glare.
"I didn't even know your story and that is why I was asking. You didn't warn me to never make questions about the relationship you had with Peter," she carelessly mentioned Peter's name for she knew it was okay mentioning the guys name but it was never okay when the topic has something to do with her.
"I never had a relationship with that asshole. He was pissing me off and that is why I don't want him around when it was just him and me. I can handle him around other friends but not with him alone. He was such a pain in the ass and don't make further questions, let's go back to the real business," the woman responded and turned her head at her.
Yvonne shrugged and chuckled a little when she met the gaze of the storekeeper and was smiling at her.
"Alright, so I think, we have enough of a jewelry in that box," she pointed the store box where the client nor the buyer should out the item they were going to purchase.
The sales lady informed them before they started choosing their prefered jewelry for according to the lady, it was the store's policy to avoid any commotion between the buyers and the salesperson.
Which she definitely like and agree.
"Sure, I'm just getting one more bracelet that I think would surely match to my dress for the event night coming in the next 2 nights," Ellen responded with her eyes locked into the jewelry displayed.
Gone the pissed off Ellen and now focused to what she was doing. "Damn! This girl was kind off a bipolar type of a person," she said in her mind without taking her eyes off with Ellen.
"Hello, ladies."
With the unison, they turned their head the whoever was coming in in this store and only to meet the smiling Hector.
"H-hi," Yvonne awkwardly greeted the handsome.
There was nothing of an ugly face in their group. Plus, everyone was wealthy as hell. Although, she still had no idea what kind of business these people have but she also couldn't be wrong when she said these people was born with a golden spoon in their mouth.
"I thought you will be here not too soon," Ellen flatly said.
"I went her straight right after I was done with my appointment. By the way, have you two taken your lunch already?" the man asked. Yvonne nodded when Hector's sight landed to her.
"Damn! You were 2 hours late," Ellen answered with her famous roll eyes.
"Hey! I was in the meeting," Hector fight back but Ellen again rolled her eyes.
"That would be all, ma'am?" the sales lady asked that made Yvonne looked at the lady.
"Yes, please," Ellen politely answered.
"Should I put them in a single receipt or you prefer to separate them?"
Yvonne then glanced the two boxes they have. Ellen put hers in one box separated for her own purchased. Ellen have all the type of jewelry, like earings, necklace, bracelet, etc. However, she only got necklace and earings and she was thankful that Ellen didn't checked her box for she was also busy choosing something for her own.
"Put them all in a single receipt but fixed them separately," Ellen responded.
They were both paying attention when the saleslady handed the 2 boxes to the counter and all. Yvonne's eyes widened upon seeing the amount of the first 2 jewelry from Ellen's box.
"Oh gosh!" she reacted that made Ellen looked at her for she was standing a little behind Ellen.
She also heard Hector's little laugh, she then bowed her head in embarrassment.
"Don't worry, that won't starve Naizen. He has his own factory of money," Hector whispered joking. She was supposed to laugh for she knew it was a joke however, she ended up grimacing with the chosen words.
"That would bury me alive in debt," she responded in grimaced.
