"Yvonne?" She stopped pushing her cart when she heard that very familiar voice that just called her name. She only heard this voice once but she felt like she do keep on hearing it even if it's just the second time. She slowly turned her head to see of whoever was there behind her and she wasn't surprised, for she met the gaze of the person she expected to be the owner of the voice. She bowed her head when she met the serious face and eyes of Naizen's mother while powerfully standing with her expensive bag on her arm. "Madam," she greeted Naizen's mom and gave her the smile she could give, "good afternoon, how are you doing?' she even managed to ask the old woman how was she doing when it was so obvious that the old woman kind off not like her. "I didn't know I would be able to see you her," Naizen's mom and took a step forward to get close to her. "How are you? Are you with my son?" It was a straight forward question for she didn't even stutter asking, didn't lower it's voice and didn't take her eyes off of Yvonne. "I… I came here alone and I don't know where would Naizen be in this time," she answered safely. She maybe not born in a wealthy and abundance kind of life, she may not be educated like those people around her here, but she wasn't dumb like she was born yesterday. She understand how every tone are spilled, she understand how every moves are shown and she understand how every glances are given. And in Naizen's mom's case, she understand how she moves. "For sure because Naizen was back to the service which I disagreed fully," the old woman said in her lower voice while looking straight at her. "How about let's talk over a cup of coffee? Are you done yet?" She was kind off taken a back with this invitation for she was observing the old woman and she was ready-ing herself in every words her ears are going to be heard. But she didn't expect to hear this invitation. Eventually, she nodded and accepted the invitation of Naizen's mom. She left her cart full of the things she needs to pay at one of the sales men and she saw the man pushed it unto the baggage counter where it should be left. While following at the old woman, she simply scanned her eyes in every places she will be seeing while walking and expecting to see Naizen's father with the old woman but she failed — well, more like, she succeed knowing that the old Alvarez wasn't with the Mrs. Alvarez. She never like meeting Naizen's parents again for her relationship with Naizen was blurred and never cleared which fine with her. Naizen's parents would just make her life once again in trouble if they would fine out that she has a relationship with their expensive son. Sticking her eyes to the Mrs. Alvarez when they entered inside this coffee shop not so far to the grocery store which still inside of this mall they were in. "Thank you," she thanked and sat down holding her knees when she noticed how calm yet full of intense Mrs. Alvarez were looking at her while both of them slowly sitting their ass down on the chair. "How are you?" Mrs. Alvarez asked with a smile on her face looking straight to Yvonne's eyes. "I am fine, ma'am," Yvonne simply and directly answered. "Is that how Naizen told you how to address me?" That was a catcher for she was caught, was that it? No. She immediately shook her head to never make a story about Naizen and her, she will eventually but at least not about some shallow things. "Naizen, he never told me what to address you," she honestly answered, she even heard how Mrs. Alvarez let a little chuckle out. Why does Yvonne always think that the people would never like her and was just acting they like her in her front? She was always asking herself about that as well, her trust issue was on another level and she can no longer pull it down for it was a guard for herself. She has to make a wall against the possibilities of every pain that would strike her again. She has no one to rely, she has to make sure she was safe and was never get hurt — in any kind of pain. "My son, he has this huge circle of friend," Mrs. Alvarez said while looking at Yvonne, "there are many women in that circle. Those women, they have names in the industry, finished their college and even have a masters degree in their field. Naizen didn't know that I made a background check to those women for he hanged out with them more often before he went to the service of the military," she added that made Yvonne narrowed her eyes. "Why are you telling me that?" Yvonne asked narrowing her eyes in confusion. She didn't like how it sound but she has to stay still for she was facing the for sure is the most important person to the person that have always saved her life. "Ellen herself, her kind of a woman was the woman I like for my son. Their friends have the same life with Ellen and Leticia, they have their names on their own and those women are the kind I dreamt for him. I always felt sad everytime I look at Ellen and Naizen old treating each other like sister and brother. I wished they would eventually develop a romantic feelings towards each other," Mrs. Alvarez added and didn't even give an attention to her question. Yvonne gritted her teeth for she was starting to get pissed about it. "Madam Alvarez, with all due respect, why are you telling me this?" she asked once again but this time, without minding of who was she facing, she intended to use a deep voice and wondered if the old woman noticed that.
