DROWNING DESTINY

Chapter 33

"So, this is how it feels like living the life of a princess? I wish I had this in my life. I could have had these all if I was able to go down," she mumbled.

All her life, she never thought that time will come that she will be able to experience this kind of life. Not even in her dreams.

After fixing the clothes, shoes and jewels in the place where it should be placed, she immediately went downstairs to cook food for herself. She can bow feel the madness of her friends inside her stomach. She doesn't have stock in the fridge, no meat, no vegetables. The only thing she has here was the left instant goods inside the pantry.

"Well, this will do. This wasn't the first time that I had to take an instant noodles as my dinner," she mumbled while taking the seafood cup noodle out of the pantry and was about to open the seal when the door bell rang.

She narrowed her eyes for she wasn't expecting anyone to come over, plus, it was almost 7 pm. She didn't know anyone in this place except Hector, Ellen and Naizen. And she was certain that it wasn't one of them. She roam her eyes around for some reason before she went to the door to see from here whoever was there outside the gate.

Curiosity filled within her when she saw a delivery man holding a bag with who knows what it has inside. She didn't order anything and why would Naizen order food for her for the man knows he has plenty of an instant noodles in his pantry?

Yvonne fearlessly went out to face the delivery man.

"Hi ma'am, delivery for Ms. Yvonne," the delivery man said the moment she opened the small gate for people.

Her eyes again narrowed with what she just heard. "I didn't order anything," she answered. The delivery man immediately check on his list to see who was the person that ordered the fold.

"It was ordered by Mr. Naizen Alvarez," he said with such smile.

Her eyes widened with that answer. Again? Naizen was low-key giving her an attention. She know that and that made him the generous for he didn't have a second thought of helping her bad.

"Really? Is this paid?" she asked shyly for she had to make sure that she had nothing to pay. She doesn't even have a penny in her pocket. She have nothing and she couldn't believe that Naizen ordered a food for her when in fact he has a syock in her pantry.

"Yes, ma'am. Everything was paid," the delivery man answered and she almost yelled yes. Luckily she was good at handling herself so she didn't do it, she was just yelling at her mind and that's it.

"Alright, thank you, brother," she said before accepting the two bags of food and immediately entered inside the gate and locked it for safety.

She didn't know how the mind of the people here runs. They can be polite and respectful but they could also be a player, a tripper and a crazy one. She had to make sure her safety for she had plans ahead. She will make sure that this time, she won't fall down upon doing all her dreams. Now that she was given a chance to be in the place where most of her needs was accessible.

She didn't waste a second for she was really hungry and immediately dig in the food the moment she had it put in the table.

"I couldn't just wait for Naizen to give me food everyday. I have to find my own job to have my own money. I need it everyday, with my expenses," she mumbled seriously by herself while she was eating alone.

For some reason she stopped chewing a food, the scene of here eating with Ellen all of a sudden popped up in her mind. She couldn't believe a day happened that she has to eat with company and now she was back eating alone by herself.

The peaceful time in her life, the moment of eating, minding your own if you'll get hungry still after eating. The laughter that would echo in the place and in the middle of nothingness, she was thinking such thing being a thing.

Her eyes widenened when upon roaming her eyes again at the whole place of the kitchen, she realizes there was a TV in here. She then almost run to find the remote and to power the tv to atleast lessen the boredom she felt in this huge house.

According to Naizen, this house wasn't too big for someone alone living in here. But for Yvonne who was living a house with a big like just the room, it was one hell of a big. It wasn't just an ordinary life, it was a mansion for Yvonne even with the fact that it was way far to the mansion.

Yvonne was seriously looking at the TV and listened carefully when it was a news about Naizen. He was the one who captured the leader of the ABYSS? She should thank Naizen for he was the reason why Herria was finally free now.

Captain Harry Alvarez, Yvonne heard the name somewhere in Herria. He was also a kind off talk of the town because for the first time, it was his team of the military force that entered the Herria.
