I ran back to my pack compound and met Alana standing at the gate, her protruded belly in front of her. She saw me coming and she ran up to me, despite all the efforts the guards made to stop her. One rushed and grabbed her to hold her from from moving and it made me infuriated.
"Leave her alone, Gabriel," I screamed and he let her go. She ran to me and hugged me tight as she looked up at me with teary eyes.
