Izzy’s POV

Yeah, I’m sure he can reach you from there. Oh, stop that; you sound as bad as him.

Well, maybe he’s got a point. I know I just get sidetracked, and poof, it’s in the office.

I say laughing, and no, I’m not laughing about leaving it in the office; I’m laughing at how stupid I sound.

Noah just shakes his head. I’ll be right back; let me grab your phone before they get here.

I’m gonna go to the front desk and speak with Emily. I’ll meet you there.

Emily, is Dr. Gomez done?

No, he has three more patients to see; Dr. Rowland is helping him. Okay, thanks; I’m leaving; please make sure everything gets locked up.

He left earlier; he went to pick Daisy up for a date night he was taking her on.

Hey, beautiful, how was your day? Good but busy. I can’t wait to get home and relax. I was hoping my hunk of a man “giggling” is up for watching a movie with me tonight.

Izzy, I know, I know, I just get busy, and I forgot.

Hey boss, Noah, I heard you had to go rescue Izzy’s phone because someone kidn*pped it.

You mean more like abandoned it. Hey!! Ry help!! No can do beautiful, I agree with them.

Omg, what did I just get myself into? Everyone starts laughing, and Noah looks at us like we all lost our minds.

I hate it when our wolves get a mind of their own. I mumble. Noah chuckles. I take it they both sided with the Alpha.

Yes!! Can you imagine that? “Pouting”? Yes, actually, I can. Oh, just shut it, Noah!! Geesh!! Let’s go!!

Taylor’s POV

Things have been really great, and the year has gone by so fast. I’m a little worried about what our next gifts are going to be, but whatever they are, we will get through them.

I was really worried when Jarred decided to be Izzy’s beta, but things worked out great. Jarred spends the day at the office with me and Noah, and Sally stays with Izzy. So it’s all working out.

Abby takes great care of the pack. She sends everything I need to sign with me to the office. She’s pretty thorough, which makes everything easier.

Tomorrow is Liam’s and Izzy’s birthday, and we are throwing a big party at the banquet hall for her and Liam. Tony and his family flew in for it.

Tony said he wouldn’t miss it. They landed earlier. Jarred and Daisy went to pick them up.

Sally went to the jewelry store to pick up the ring I ordered for Izzy. I plan to ask her to marry me tomorrow.

Since we work with humans, I want everyone to know she’s mine.

Every day I have with her is blessed. We have a lot of projects going on, and it’s been great.

Devin’s training program is starting up. And we had the trails for them.

The best of the best. They filled the spots with ten of our best warriors. It was great to watch.

They went all out for it. The leader I was happy to hear was Brad. He worked hard for it. The deltas decided not to participate in the trials; they were happy where they are.

They liked what we set up for them. Which also helped Devin since they had to learn all three things that the deltas were teaching.

Devin’s first stop is the Red Moon Pack for two weeks. Mason is coming here for training with Devin.

Only the team is going since Cassius is still watching their pack. Knowing he would know Devin’s face.

Brad will be running the program while they are there. Brad is going to focus on Michael and Tony while the team focuses on the pack.

They decided to leave with Tony and his family.

Devin set up a site for the program. And he’s gotten quite a few offers. But he wanted to work with Tony’s pack first.

And I couldn’t be prouder. I sent Dale and Amy to business school and it worked out great. Between him and Amy, they both have done a great job.

They both jumped right in, and Jarred said they’re doing well. They both picked up the new skills really quickly.

Things are great, but we all know it’s a matter of time before Cassius finds us.

I know we are more than prepared, but there is a reason the goddess is giving us these gifts.

I guess it’s better not to underestimate him. He’s cruel, that we know. But after everything, maybe we will be able to help others.

For now, we need to prepare. But just for tonight, I want to spend time with my mate while everyone else prepares for Liam and Izzy’s birthday party tomorrow.

Can we go get our mate now? Says Ry. Yes, let’s go. I tried calling her, but of course, no answer. She probably left her phone in the office again.

I texted Noah and let him know we are on our way. My office is right next door to hers, so I don’t have far to go to pick her up.

When I walk in, she’s talking to the girl at the front desk, and she looks beautiful like always. The goddess really did bless us, says Ry. I couldn’t agree more.

We waited for Noah, and of course, she left her phone in the office. I will deal with that later, but for tonight, movies, pizza, and our mate.

Tomorrow, their birthday and our new powers that the moon goddess blessed us with.
