Chapter thirteen

Izzy’s POV

I take in everything that my grandmother has told me, about my great grandparents to my grandparents and my mother and Pete.

What does Cassius stand to gain by abducting me? That’s obvious say’s Shay, think about it Izzy it’s your powers he wants but what he doesn’t know is your mated to the most powerful Alpha their is.

He thinks your still just that little shy girl that Pete and you mother abused all these years. He doesn’t know that your father and mother can talk.

Cassius believes they are still under the Alpha command.

True but honestly what did my father have to do with all this in the first place. I think it’s time we ask him.

I walk up to my father and he gives me this sad look. Father I need you to tell me about Cassius. He sighs.

James’s POV

Sighing, Cassius Grant is who we all know as Malcom changed his name a while back so your family wouldn’t know who he actually was.

When we met I had yet to meet Janie, Cassius asked me to help him find his mate, I didn’t think anything about it at first.

He seemed like all he truly wanted was to find his mate so I helped him.

He said I would be better off if everyone knew me as Warren instead of James.

At the time it really didn’t matter to me. I was only just helping him find his mate at least that’s what I thought.

He sent me to the Silver moon pack saying I was looking for my mate. Which I was fine with. I had a picture of who I was looking for.

He made me memorize your grandma face. But what he wasn’t expecting was that your grandmothers daughter was my mate.

When we met I took her back with me and Cassius accepted her with open arms.

Well that’s what I thought, we mated and she got pregnant with your bother. I was so happy, I had my mate and she was pregnant with my first child.

Cassius didn’t trust me once he found out Janie was pregnant and I still had not met Janie’s parents.

We were supposed to leave to go meet them that day.

Cassius drugged me and threw me in the dungeon. Where Pete stepped in and Malcom forced Janie to marry Pete.

I never got to see my son. Janie was married to Pete and moved to the Red moon Pack, where Pete was a doctor.

Where Janie became a nurse. Pete would bring Janie once a month after Devin was born. Everything had to look like Janie and Pete were the perfect couple and family.

But Cassius told me with the family bloodline the only person that could get Janie pregnant was her true mate.

So they would bring her to me and have us mate till she was pregnant. After She got pregnant with Zack and I didn’t see her again until after Zack was born.

Cassius was angry because it was a boy. He said he needed a girl.

What I didn’t know at the time is Cassius had Pete’s mate also.

Pete was able to see his mate when I saw Janie. Pete has two boys and two girls. He was never able to see or meet any of them which made him cruel.

I’m sure there is an alpha command on him too. But his was different then ours.

Alls I know is when Cassius found out that Janie was pregnant with twins and one was a girl he changed.

He told Pete to hide you, and not let anyone know about you.

That was easy for him. I no longer got to see Janie. And Pete was told to take good care of you.

as far as we knew Izzy you were good and treated well.

We didn’t know different until I found out that you all had run away.

Then I found out about everything Pete had done to you.

I wanted to kill him, but Cassius end up hurting Pete’s mate he almost killed her.

Where are Pete’s children at? They are at the castle. They are servants to Cassius. And Pete’s wife? She is locked up in her room. Cassius sent me to kill Pete and Janie, but when I got there they both we’re gone. I waited for them to come to the dungeon, where I was arrested and sent here. You know the rest after that.

James you know the castle better than anyone is their away to get inside and get the children and his wife without being caught?

Yes their is away to get in but it doesn’t come without it’s risks.

Cassius doesn’t think I know about the tunnels that run threw the castle, and to be honest I’m not sure if he really knows they exist and if he does, I’m not sure if he knows their are so many of them.

Their are a lot of entrances and exits all leading to different places.

Taylor’s and Izzy’s POV

Taylor we need to help them, Izzy are you sure about this? You were the one that Pete hurt all these years.

I know that, but after hearing everything I can understand why he did what he did.

I think everyone has been punished enough. They have had to endure living without their mates all these years I couldn’t imagine living without out you.

Especially since we’re mated. To be without your touch would be madness.

To be forced to live like that. Would make one do what Pete did. Maybe it’s time we take mercy on him.

You know you are too good of a person Izzy.

No I’m not I just want to do what’s right.

I think for the time being we need to keep a better watch on Pete. Maybe get the doctor to sedate him and try getting him in better health.

Before you use the Alpha command on him. You might be right. Let’s try getting his family back first.

Before we do the Alpha command. Because we have no ideal what shape his family is in. Are you one hundred percent sure this is what you want us to do.

Smiling up at Taylor, it’s the only choice their is. It’s the right thing to do Taylor.

Shay and Ry what do you think. We agree with Izzy it is the right thing to do.

It’s hard not to forgive someone when you find out the reason behind it. I know we were innocent but in reality so we’re they.

So we all are in a agreement. To help Pete and his family? Yes we all reply.

Everyone is looking at us while we have a private conversation. Wondering what we will decide to do.

I look at everyone and I can see the sadness in their eyes to what my father had told everyone.

Taylor you want to tell them or should I? Izzy it should come from you since you were the one that had to live threw all this. Sighing, okay let’s get this over with. Then we will handle Pete.

The Decision

Sighing, Taylor and I have decided to help Pete’s family, with the help of James if he is willing.

Yes, I will help. Says James. Devin, Zack and Liam, I have decided to forgive Pete for what he has done to me. Shay agrees, Under the circumstances we all might have acted the same way he did.

Are you sure Izzy? Asks Devin. Yes, Shay and I are both sure this is the right thing for us.

Just because we are forgiving everyone who played a part in what happened to us does not fix it.

I just believe everyone has been punished enough. But they all will have to make their own effort to fix things with me. I am just refusing to live my life in anger knowing the full circumstances that were behind everyone’s actions, forgiveness is a start.

I’m so proud of you my babygirl as my grandmother hugs me.

Where do we go from here asks Liam?

Well James is where we start he knows the castle.

I would like to do it the day after are party everybody has put so much work into it, and it will give us all time to get everything together. I would like to help says my uncle Thomas. That would be great says Taylor.

Oh thinking of the party Alpha Tony did your family make it here okay?

Yes, thank you! They are with Mason and Stella she is wonderful, my wife wants to take her home with us, everyone laughs, I’m sorry Stella is irreplaceable, I can see why.

But you did give me a good way to set up my pack house. Glad I could help chuckles Taylor.

I know we all have a lot to do, for the party tomorrow, so everyone is excused. But I would like to see the men in my office in a hour.

Everyone walks out the room, Izzy, Jarred and I make our way back to my office.

Five minutes later a hear a knock on my door. Come in Dr Welch. He walks in bowing his head to us all. Have a seat Dr Welch we have something to discuss with you.

Pete

Dr Welch we need your help with Pete. Taylor explains the situation with Pete and asks him if their is away we could sedate him and nourish him back to health while keeping him sedated.

We are going to try to bring his family back but we don’t know what condition they are in. And right now Pete is not healthy enough for a Alpha command. And to what we heard about Malcom they will all be under a command.

I need you to start with Pete first and set up rooms for his wife and four children. Two boys and two girls. The children are Malcom’s servants and the wife is locked in her room.

So we don’t know how bad any of them are. I need you to make five darts that will sedate them when we go to get them.

Do you think you can handle this?

Yes Alpha it shouldn’t be a problem at all. I do not want what we told you here in this room discussed with anyone else. We do not know if anybody here works with Malcom. I am trusting you Dr. Welch. Yes Alpha thank you for your trust.

Izzy and Liam would love to help you with them if you are okay with that. His eyes light up, of course Alpha I would love the Luna and her brother’s help!!

Dr Welch we will not be helping you with Pete under the circumstances we might end up doing him more harm then good with everything that has happened.

When would you like me to start? How long will it take you to prepare a room and everything you would need for Pete? About a hour, would be enough. Great Dr. Welch, Jarred will meet you at the dungeon in a hour.

That’s great, I will see you in a hour as he gets up and scurries out the room. I will delay the meeting with everyone for another hour so you and Abby are both present for the meeting. Jarred go to the dungeon and keep a eye on Pete till we get it all together. I don’t want anything to happen to Pete.

Before we have the chance of reuniting him with his family.

Yes Alpha as Jarred hurried out the room. I texted everyone telling them we were delayed the meeting for another hour so we could get the Pete situation under control.

Dr Welch showed up at the dungeon, just as Taylor and Izzy showed up.

I’m not going down with you guys say’s Izzy I will stay here with Dale.

Are you sure my love, yes I don’t want him to get upset. I think you three can handle it.

Taylor gives Izzy a kiss on the cheek we will be right back my love. Don’t worry my love I will be fine.

We walk down into the Dungeon and I open the door to where Pete is, he never turned around he was mumbling to himself, I couldn’t understand anything he was saying, he acted like he didn’t even know we were there he looked so frail compared to the man I first met.

Ry do you think he will make it? Yes, hopefully we caught it in time to save his wolf. I can still feel him but barely. So what ever we do we are going to have to hurry.

Dr Welch do what you need to do I said mind linking him, so we did not disturb Pete.

Dr Welch walked up behind Pete and stuck him in the neck with the needle, Pete did not even move. Jarred grab him and let’s go.

Jarred walked over and picked Pete up like it was nothing, we walked back upstairs to where Izzy and Dale were waiting for us. Did everything go okay asks Izzy, yes my love I just hope we caught it in time.

He didn’t even flinch when the doctor stabbed him with the needle says Jarred.

Doctor is he going to be okay? I’m not sure Izzy but the faster we get his mate the better his chances are.

We are working on a plan for that to day Doctor.

We enter the hospital and find ourselves in a room with two beds.

Lay him down here, why two beds Doc asks Jarred. The other one is for his mate. I’m hoping putting them both in the same room will help their wolfs.

Okay that make’s since. The nurses come in and hook him up to the machines. Alpha he will not wake up till we are ready for him to wake up. We added stuff in his Iv to help his wolf also. So now alls we can do is wait.

The meeting

Jarred, Dale, Izzy and me all walk into my office. Devin,Zack, Liam , Abby, Thomas, Steve, Noah, Sally, Richard, and Tony were all standing there, chuckling maybe we should all go next door to the meeting room my office seems a little small.

Just as we were leaving James walks in with Thomas’s son Matt. Matt what are you doing here asks Thomas, I want to help.

Are you sure? Yes that why I came with James. Nodding his head at his son. Let’s go next door to the meeting room their are too many of us.

We walk into the meeting and everyone takes a seat.

Okay James explain to us how to get them. Says Taylor.

There are three different entrances that we are going to take to get to them, but we will all enter through the main entrance that lays just outside the castle’s boundary. Once we get in we will split up into five groups to get to them,

I asked Sally here so she can show you who it is we are getting and show you the direct passage way to each room,

there are three rooms that we all need to get to at the same time. All rooms are soundproof. But I am not sure if Cassius tightened security yet. If he did there will be guards in each of their rooms and we will have to take them out before they can let anyone one we are there.

I’m hoping since he does not know where we are or the fact that the Alpha command has been lifted that security will still be the same, if it is, we should be in and out within the hour. Great, says Taylor.

Sally walks up and sits down with James and vivid memories start to appear. The faces of Pete’s children appear and of his wife. And the passage way to all the rooms. They are not even that far from each other. After we all got the information we needed we set up the rest of the plan. I can see in the rooms once we get there. if anybody else is in the room with them I will be able to tell say’s Sally.

The main one we need to worry about is the wife says James. She would be the one most likely to have guards in her room. Why’s that asks Izzy, because he knows that she is the only one that can help Pete. And since we all fell off the face of the earth, he might watch her. The children he won’t worry about as they never met Pete.

Do they have names asked Izzy, I’m sorry I can’t help you with that Cassius never told me any off their names. He made it a point that I didn’t know.

So what’s gonna happen is we are all gonna fly back with Tony, because the castle is close to his territory is that correct James?

Yes it is, its forty five minutes from there.

But fair warning they are watching them. Trying to find out where we are.

That’s not a problem says Tony, I have a property thats on my territory but no one has even been to it besides the Alpha family.

it belonged to my Parents. That passed away in a car accident about ten years ago. Their is a underground entrance for cars. And it’s no where near anything else. Everyone can stay there.

My family and myself will enter through the main gate like always, they will think Mason is with us, I will take Steve with me because Steve looks a lot like Mason. And from the distance they will not be able to tell it’s not Mason. since Mason is usually with my wife.

I will have Mason take you to my parents house where you all will be safe. The house it’s self can not be seen. My mother’s best friend put a spell on the house. So even if you do come upon the house it just looks like forest.

It’s a safe in and out for everyone. Sounds good says Taylor.

Tony I want you to stay with your family, because they will be watching all of you. And I want you to be able to protect your family if things go side ways.

And if you are all accounted for then Cassius will have no reason to attack you. Have a party or something so they can see all your pack,

Make sure they see your family and your officers at all times. I will send Mason to you once we get in the house. I will portal to the pack house with Mason to get Steve says Sally.

I would like to help says Tony.

You will be helping us Tony by keeping the people that are spying on you busy.

Have a welcome home party. Tell Michael or have Luna Cassandra set it up. But when you get there their needs to be a lot of things going on.

Make sure you seem surprised that they did this for you. I will have my wife set it up. She is the one who usually does that.

Great, but remember to make sure they can see you and your ranked at all times.

I’m sure one or two will be spying inside the party too. So make it look good. Just don’t let anyone near Mason until we can get them switched.

Have Mason go directly to your office Tony I will portal in there.

We will be leaving the morning after the party let’s say five am so we are there by eleven, have an all day party and into the night.

We will let you know when we are in my plane and on our way back home.

Alright I’m sure we all have things to do, so I will see you all at the barbecue tomorrow evening.
