Chapter thirty

The Pack’s POV

It’s been three months since Luna Izzy ran away. Jarred, Tony, and Thomas are running the business,

while Abby and Devin are keeping the packs going with the help of Mason and Michael.

Alpha Taylor is slowly losing it. They believe he’s going feral, that’s what everyone is saying around the pack.

He has these sudden outbursts, so they have him locked up. Only the high-ranking go around him.

Jarred goes out for runs with him for hours. Sometimes they don’t come back till the next morning.

The Alpha’s family has moved back into the pack house, helping out as much as possible.

The two pack members that went missing at the ball finally reappeared after a month.

You can tell they have been Alpha-commanded. Jarred wanted them to be monitored around the clock.

The camera system has been updated again thanks to Devin. Where Ricky thought there were blackout areas, well, they’re not anymore.

Izzy and Liam’s birthday is next week, and everyone is afraid to say anything to him because of what he might do.

The pack has decided to celebrate their Luna and Liam. Even though Liam is not happy about it,

But he finally agreed to do it for the pack. He knows they need it.

They want to show their love for their Luna.

Cassie and Luna Ava are doing all the planning. The packs are still out looking for their Luna, but they don’t have the slightest lead as to where they went.

Even with the best trackers, they have it was still no help.

Alpha Taylor himself decided that all the groups will come back to the pack to be able to celebrate their Luna.

He thought it would be only right. As for Ry lately, he’s been very quiet. Even Jarred can’t get a rise out of him.

Ricky is still spying on the Alpha and the ranking members to help Cassius find Izzy. Which is funny because they are leading him on a wild goose chase; he just doesn’t realize it yet.

And neither do the other two that confirm what he’s telling Cassius.

Cassius’s POV

Ricky, are you sure about this? Yes, I overheard beta Jarred talking on the phone to beta Mason. Here, listen for yourself.

Mason? Hey, dude, what’s going on? I wanted to ask you if you could spare a few of your men to send to Canada?

Why? What’s up there? They sighted our Luna and Gammas there. Are you sure? Yes, they confirmed it this morning.

Since most of our men are already gone, I was hoping you could lend a hand.

Sure, not an issue. I will let the Alpha know, and I will send them within the hour. I just gotta ask the Alpha who he wants to send.

It’s been over three months, and my mate is still missing. The only thing that’s keeping me from going feral is the fact that I can still feel her.

I know I’ve been distant and short-tempered since Izzy left, and I wanted to apologize to you all for my behavior; it’s unfitting of an Alpha.

We all know Izzy at some point will be back, and we need to make her proud. Well, I need to make her proud.
