Chapter 1: Missing

"STARR, GET DOWN HERE NOW!!!" yelled my mother from downstairs. I swear this lady can never wake me up normaly. I got up from my bed and walked into my bathroom. I took a shower and did my daily hygiene. I put on a off shoulder black and white striped belted romper with some flat laced up sneakers And i left my hair down. As I walked downstairs I seen my mother and father sitting down talking while my brother Chase was eating and watching something on his phone. I walked over and took a piece of toast off his plate, causing him to glare at me. "Dear mother what could have possibly have been so important that you needed to wake me out of my precious sleep for?" i said sarcastically.

"Don't use that tone with me young lady, but anyways you and your brother are going out to have fun, i'm tired of you two staying in the house all day!" she said looking at me and my brother.

"Yeah, outdoors and fun don't really mix" Chase stated while nudging my arm

"Yeah see we don't do outdoors, sorry mom" i added going along with him. She looked at the both of us with the look that meant, 'GET OUT'. so we hurriedly grabbed our phone, chargers, and money and left. Oh silly me, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Starr, i'm 17 years old while my brother Chase is 19. But anyways, me and my brother walked to our favorite location to hang out which was the Skate Park! every since i was little i would sneak away to come join my brother at the skate park. As many of y'all could tell me and my brother have a very strong relationship. It wasn't always like this though, We used to fight all the time but we became close when we both got sick and heard that only one of us could be saved. I bet y'all are wondering how we are both still alive, Well we still don't know that. "Starr!!" yelled a familiar female voice.

"Lana!" i screamed back. Lana was my best friend, and also my brothers girlfriend. She was also 17 years old. she was my height, had curly hair with dark hazel eyes.

"Hey babe" said my brother beside me, um your irrelevant right now.

"Hey baby, can i still my best friend away right quick, thanks!" she said all in one breath, and started dragging me away. her and my brothers relationship was weird, they never really showed any type of affection besides a kiss on the check, but i couldn't say anything I've only had one boyfriend and that didn't last long. but  me and her sat on the side talking for what seemed like hours. eventually our time ended with me hugging her tightly and telling her bye.

 As we left our separate ways me and my brother decided to head back home since we've had enough "fun" for the day but then i heard the emergency sound from my brother phone and then one on mine, But all it simply stated was "Run"
