He’d wanted to be there even earlier, so he could find a place to watch for the arrival of the heads of the Councils and be sure they set no trap for him. Though Sheridan might be the only one he’d actually met, no doubt pictures of him had been circulated. Others would recognize him on sight. His sunglasses weren’t much of a disguise. He checked the boards in the luggage claim area to find the carousels for Delta. Michael bought a newspaper and found a spot in a corner where he could watch the escalator down from the concourse as well as the passage from the other terminals.
