Ghost Customer

I actually experienced a lot of unusual things, and this is my recent experienced I encountered.

I am working as a call center agent somewhere. That day was just a normal day for me. I was at the back and no one was sitting beside me. I like being alone most of the time. Calling customers. Waiting for them to answer it. Selling our product. It was just a usual day at work. Until the customer answered my call. So I started my opening spiel. Then, I heard someone whispered on the other line saying, "hello". (It was a man's voice whispering with a creepy tone) So, I thought to lower down my voice as well because that customer might be resting. I said, "hello" for the second time. Then, the customer said, "hello" with the same tone (still whispering). We've been like that for a minute. Keep on saying "hello". I even asked if the customer could hear me. Until I said to costumer, "Hello, I'm coming to get you" (still whispering with a creepy tone which gives me real chills). I thought, I just misheard it. So I responded, "pardon?" The customer repeated, "I'm coming to get you" (still with the same tone). And because I got scared, I ended the call. Imagine hearing those words with a creepy tone. After that, I'll always think of it and I couldn't even focus on my next calls due to that experience.
