Day 8: Meeting Mr Blue (pt1)

Ugh...Monday...I woke up at 7:30 and I feel like shit...not at all surprising,since my f*****g period started over the night and my cramps are killing me!! I wish I could stay home...actually I can but I don't won't to start missing subjects...it's way too soon...also I have work to do today...I have to go get a card that will allow me to eat lunch and dinner at the university's diner...

It's 8 o'clock and I'm already at the queue for the cards...I had to get like 10 deferent documents to get that goddamn card!

As I was waiting my turn,I saw John passing beside me heading for the exit...I didn't talk to him,since I was barely alive at that moment...I turn my eyes forward,but I hear his voice from behind me 

"Alexa?" He says while coming closer to me... I turn my head to face him 

"hey John...I didn't see u"

 "yeah I noticed" he says smiling and I start feeling stupid for ignoring him at first place 

"so u done??" I ask him 

"yeah finally! I'm here since 6:30...the queue is awful!" He says frustrated 

"tell me about it..." I say rolling my eyes

 "want company?" he asks a little skeptical 

"if u don't mind...I could use a little company...! " 

"ok then! So how do u feel about meeting our new economics professor?"he asks and I open my eyes wide

 "Crap! I completely forgot about it!" I say face-palming myself

 "relax... it's not a big deal" he says putting his hand on my solder...I instantly relax

 "it is...I don't want him to see me like this on his first day...I always wanna look good when I meet someone for the first time..." I reply while looking at my clothes,which are black sweatpants and a grey over-sized T-shirt...I wear white sneakers and i have a messy bun

 "first things first...u're beautiful whatever u wear and second,it's not like he's going to notice every single one of us! He might not even see u today! So stay cool! " i think about what he said...

"U're probably right...! " I smile at him 

"wait...did u just call me beautiful???" I ask him after processing it

 "Damn right I did,doll! " he replies while smiling and looking into my eyes...

9.00: still in the queue... And John keeps me company 

"U should probably leave...it's 9 o'clock and I'm not even close to the end of that row! " I say to him "Are u sure? I mean I can stay if u want to!" He declares 

"no no it's ok! Go and keep notes! Oh and save me a seat! " I say

 "okie dokie! see u in class! " we hug and he leaves

10.15: I'm finally done! I take my card and start "running" towards the cafeteria that's right beside my classroom... I take my coffee and go into the classroom...I see they have a break and try to find John... 

"Alexa!" He yells and waves his hand for me to see.

"coming!" I yell back,but first I go to a few friends I found the previous week to tell me about Mr Blue

"Well..."Emma,one of my friends starts

"He is around 40,with grey hair,but the kind of grey that seems like he was blonde before,he's a little short and he wears a suit! " by the description I find nothing special 

"He is VERY short,actually...!" Stella,my other friend says

 "yeah yeah we know Stella! U like giraffes! " my other friend,Kate, says and we laugh

 "well I'm going to John! He saved me a spot!" I say 

"What's up with u 2???" Stella asks curiously 

"what do u mean???" I ask back

 "I just saw him at the queue for the card and I told him to keep notes and to save me a seat if he wanted! That's all!" I say kind of defensively

 "wow! Defensive much? " Katerina says sarcastically "u're idjits!" I say and start walking to John... 

"Hey! U made it! " he mentions 

"Yeah..." I reply a little pissed

"Is something wrong?" He asks having noticed my inconvenience

"Well...my friends think we're not "just friends" And they make me feel uncomfortable..." I reply

"We can prove them right if u want..." he says nervously

"Wha-" I try to say when a voice interrupts our conversation 

"Let's continue,shall we?" I turn my head to look at the person talking and all I can think is "Fuck..."

Next: John just dropped a huge bomb and Alexa seems confused AF...and what's wrong with Mr.Blue???
