I wait for Jax outside the club on the night of the VIP party. Natalie can't see us together, not yet anyway; it would jeopardize the entire plan.
"Hi Levi," Jax shows up, seemingly sneaking out of the darkness. He appears as if he would rather be anywhere else in the world right now, even worse than I did on my first night here.
