Anthony's POV
Lauren and I went out for a jog around the property. She said that she wanted to blow some steam, so I joined her. I get it. All of this is too much for her, I just didn't expect to find my mother waiting for me outside my bedroom door.
" Good morning, Mrs Bianchi," Lauren said to her.
" Mother," I said to her, just then Lauren went to my room.
" What is happening here?" My mother said as she saw Lauren going into my room.
" Lauren is moving into my room, we are engaged to be married. She's practically family now, and you need to change your attitude towards her," I said to my mother.
" Is that why you missed dinner last night? Because you were trying to keep your little girlfriend away from me?" she said to me.
