The rogues had been hitting the northern borders for weeks
Small attacks. Stolen supplies. Gone before anyone could catch them.
Alpha Gabriel called Elira to his office
"Take 3 of the men. Check the northern part of Thunder Howl territory end it"
Elira didn’t wait.
"Stay back," she told the 3 Thunder Howl warriors.
Then she ran.
Zara took over instantly. White fur, silver claws.
7 rogues. Dead in under 2 minutes. Throats torn, bones broken.
When the last one dropped, Elira shifted back, panting. Blood on her hands.
That’s when it hit.
Zara froze.
_Mate._
_Mate._
_Mate._
The word slammed through Elira’s chest so hard she stumbled.
"Zara?" she whispered.
_They’re here. I’ve been waiting for them,_ Zara whined, tail wagging hard. _THREE of them._
Elira looked up.
Three alpha wolves.Standing in front of her in full form
12 feet of midnight wolf with gold eyes. Massive.
Then the second one.Storm-gray wolf with hazel eyes.
Then the third.A black wolf with white fur and green eyes.
They shifted back.Back to men.
The gold-eyed Alpha stepped forward first. Voice low, like thunder.
"Elira of Thunder Howl. The White Wolf."
Elira didn’t move. Blood was still on her knuckles.
"Who are you?"
The scarred Alpha smirked. "We’re the Triad Alphas of Crimson pack."
The gray-eyed one finished it: "And we’re your mates."
Elira blinked. "Triplets?"
_Three identical bonds. Three
identical pull._ Zara was losing her mind.
No wonder it felt like a storm hit her chest
Zara was basically vibrating. _I TOLD YOU. I TOLD YOU FOR 3 YEARS THAT OUR MATES WERE OUT THERE._
Elira’s heart was hammering.
She’d just killed 7 rogues alone.
And now the 3 most powerful Alphas in the country were looking at her like she was theirs.
She lifted her chin.
"I don’t belong to anyone."
The gold-eyed Alpha’s mouth twitched. Almost a smile.
"We’ll see about that."
You are our mate we can't let you go"The hazel-eyed alpha said
