CHAPTER 007: FOOTSIE

1221 Words
MICHELA; The dining table felt smaller than usual tonight. I sat across from Miles, the red dress hugging every curve of my body. The stretchy fabric clung to my full breasts, and I had skipped the bra just like Jemy suggested. Every small movement made the material shift against my bulging, hard n*****s. I tried to focus on my plate, but my eyes kept drifting to the man at the head of the table, just to my right. Miles looked incredibly handsome in his gray button-up shirt. The top buttons were undone as usual, revealing a teasing glimpse of dark chest hair and the edge of a tattoo I had always wanted to trace with my fingers. His sleeves were rolled up to his elbows, showing off his thick, veiny forearms. Every time he reached for a salt or pepper shaker, those strong arms flexed, making my cunt throb hard. Tracey sat across from me, chatting away about her day at the hospital and how she had been saving lives. She wore a tight black dress that showed off her slim skinny figure, but tonight Miles barely looked at her, all thanks to my newly acquired red dress. His eyes flickered to me more times than I could count, and each time I tried not to make my stares obvious. Then he passed the salad bowl, his deep voice carried a double meaning that made my stomach flutter. “You might want some of this, princess, I can't have enough of such deliciousness either,” he said, his eyes lingering on the way the red dress hugged my chest. “Everything looks and tastes perfect… Makes a man hungrier.” Tracey’s smile faltered for a second. She laughed lightly, but it sounded forced. “You might want to have the salads without dressings, Michela… You know, for someone your size, you should skip some…” But Miles was always ready to save and protect his kitten. “Chela is perfect the way she is, Tracey!” He cut in. “We would have dinner alongside pleasant words.” “Nothing serious, Miles. Just saying.” She reached over and touched his arm, but he only gave her a polite nod before turning back to me. I shifted in my seat, crossing my legs. That was when I felt it… Something warm and smooth brushing against my ankle under the table. Miles' bare foot, almost like he was apologising for Tracey’s words. I pulled my leg away slowly, heart racing. Was that an accident? But when I glanced at him, his jaw was tight. He was visibly fighting to be a cool dad. My eyes lingered a second, and his eyes met mine with a strange, hungry look. Like I was some dessert he wanted to devour. His eyes dropped to my cleavage for a moment before he looked away. I couldn't tell if the footsie he just played was accidental or intentional. I pulled my gaze back to the food on my plate. But Gosh! I wanted more. More of his smooth toes gliding up my calf. Stupid me, I had pulled my leg off when all I wanted was more. Now I placed it, hoping, just hoping he would raise his leg again, and maybe part my thighs slowly…. I was aching badly, and I couldn't help it. Miles said something about the bookstore when Tracey offered to help, if anything. “Chela here has been a great help. Thanks to her the cafe is gaining reasonable traction.. And we make a great team, don’t we, kitten?” His voice low and warm. The pet name sent a shiver down my spine, I dug into my food nonchalantly now hoping I was able to hide how flushed I was. Tracey’s smile tightened, but she stayed quiet. The rest of dinner passed in a haze of double meanings and stolen glances. Miles praised the food I helped prepare, but his eyes said he was thinking about tasting something else. Every compliment felt intimate. Every look made me wetter between my legs. I wanted him so badly it hurt. Then Tracey’s phone rang. She glanced at the screen and her expression changed. “I have to take this,” she said quickly. She stood up, speaking in a hushed, urgent tone into the phone. After a moment, she turned to Miles with soft, pleading eyes. “I’m so sorry, darling. There’s an emergency at work. I really have to go right now.” For a moment, I waited to see what his reaction would be, but he merely shrugged. At that point, I felt pity for Tracey. She was obviously a rebound, if I would call her that. Merely hired to keep him righteous, which he was woefully failing at. She grabbed her trench coat from the chair and rushed toward the door. Skye barked loudly from the living room, almost like she was celebrating Tracey’s sudden exit. The front door clicked shut behind her, and the house fell quiet except for the sound of my own heartbeat. I stood up and started clearing the table, my mind racing, but a smile rested on my lips. The protective way Miles had saved me from Tracey’smean words. I paused in the kitchen, thinking about the easiest way to get Tracey out of our lives. Getting rid of her might be easier than I thought. Easier than the other women Miles had brought home in the past. My hand brushed against a glass bowl on the edge of the sink. It clattered to the floor and shattered into sharp pieces. I froze for a second, then bent down quickly to pick up the broken shards. The red dress rode up my thighs as I crouched. My long hair fell forward, messy from the sudden movement. Strong hands gently caught my wrists. “Are you hurt, kitten?” Miles’s voice was full of care and worry. He pulled me up carefully, standing so close that our chests nearly touched. He towered over me, broad shoulders filling the way. His familiar scent… cedarwood, and Tobacco… extremely masculine… filling my lungs and making me want to grab him. My breath caught. The red dress felt suddenly tighter, my breasts rising and falling quickly against the fabric. Miles’s eyes traveled slowly over me, taking in every curve. They darkened with the same hunger I had seen earlier in my bedroom. “This dress… I couldn’t take my eyes off you all through dinner,” he said slowly, his voice rough. “You’re breathtaking, kitten.” “Me too,” I mumbled, the words slipping out before I could stop them. My voice sounded breathy. My breasts bounced slightly with each quick breath, the thin dress doing little to hide how hard my n*****s had become. Well, they had always been that way around Miles. “f**k,” he muttered, the word low and strained. He turned away sharply, like he suddenly remembered he shouldn’t be standing this close. His shoulders were tense as he walked out of the kitchen without looking back. I watched him leave, a small sinful smile on my lips. I knew it, it was only a matter of time before I graced his huge bed, and felt him rock hard inside my clenching p***y.
