Heaven's pov

After the meeting I went to my boss's office to ask him if whether he wants anything to eat as he ended up not eating. I knocked but no one answered so I took it upon myself to open the door, what I saw was enough to make me feel jealous, who the hell is this good looking female, she looks like a model but I have to control my feelings as I have no claim over Aislum besides I don't think he finds me attractive heck he even said he'll get his revenge on me.

I said what I came there for but when I asked who this lady is, I got the shock of my life. She is my handsome CEO's fiancee, I feel so stupid for even thinking that I stand a chance with this guy, I mean he's already committed to someone. Now what shook me is that he asked her to leave while I remain with him in his office.

"Heaven" He said coming to stand Infront of me with his hands on his pockets . The way my name rolled off his lips had me weak on my knees and I cast my eyes down on his shiny expensive looking shoes, I didn't answer him as I was trying to calm my breathing, damn I hate how my body reacts to him even if he has simply called my name.

"Heaven look at me" He said his voice deep and husky. I looked up to him ,my eyes settling on his lips first then his eyes

"She is not who you think she is" Wait is he explaining himself to me, explaining that miss Slate is not who I think she is. My my!! I decided to play dumb

"who are you talking about" I asked as I looked at his grey eyes

"Miss Slate"

"Okay, you're telling me this because" I asked unruffled. He took out his right hand and bought it to my left cheek, brushing my cheek, millions of butterflies erupted from the pit of my stomach and wait how did we get here I asked myself.

"I thought you should know" He said leaning towards my neck, breathing in my vanilla and sandalwood scent. Okay no matter how much I am loving this I have to put a stop to it before things take a different turn. With all the little sanity I had left, I had to force my body to move away from his as I took a step back.

"With all due respect sir, I don't think it's really necessary for you to explain yourself to me , I am merely your employee nothing more than that, so what you doing with who does not concern me. I'll go now and get your sandwiches" I headed to the door while his gaze is burning my back or let's say burning my ass.

Did I just really explain myself to Heaven, damn even her name sounds erotic from my mouth, I don't know why I explained to her who Erica is but it felt like something I should address, she smells amazing all that vanilla, but damn she looked unconcerned as I explained who Erica is and when I heard her say it's not really her business who I interact with hurt my ego. Why did I want her to care I wanted to know what she thinks about Erica and why is she affecting me this way , what's worse is that she isn't doing anything she's just nonchalant and that though is enough for to want to punish her. I am so confused with my own feelings right now. I think I need to get laid, all this salt, being s****l frustrated is playing with my mind so I called my friend Jay and he picked on third ring

"Do you remember the girl I danced with in the club this past weekend" I asked

"Yeah the one that embarrassed you and slapped you hard" Jay said while chuckling

"yeah that one, well she is my new pa"

"What, tell me you're joking"

"Nah I'm not and what's worse is that she's making me feel things and it's only been a few hours she's working for me"

"Damn that's hectic bro"

"that's not all, I now have this urge to punish her more than to get my revenge on her " I said

"What!!! that's the first time I'm hearing this, so you want to punish her in what way"

"Bro I want to make her scream my name as she comes undone underneath me, she has me having a b***r without her knowing and she's hasn't even done anything to provoke me s****l"I brushed my hair, running my hands in them

"What man you're doomed " Jay laughed
