Heaven's pov

To say I'm angry right now would be an understament.I am seething mad,I am trying to calm down my breathing by inhaling oxygen as much as I can,how dare he touch me. I am not only angry at him only but I am also angry with myself too.My body decided to react to his touch,

my brain was screaming at me to step away from this stranger but no my body had to be a traitor and lean-in to his touch and damn those butterflies that erupted from my stomach when I inhaled his manly scent and musky cologne,he smells so fucken good.The way he held me close to his body had me weak on my knees.My thoughts were disturbed by Royalty Shouting my name and running after me

"Heaven"

"Wait"

"Heaven" Royalty kept calling after me

I turned and looked her,she looked troubled herself I wonder what happened to her.

"What happened to you"I aksed her

"I could ask you the same thing"she said trying to catch her breath

"Let's get out of here"I pleaded and she nodded

We were both outside the club now,we decided to call an Uber,we waited for it to arrive,while waiting Royalty started

"I saw what happened,trust me I tried to get you and assist you but some handsome i***t had to block my way" she huffed

"I know you would not allow harm to come my way and trust me I'm not angry with you,I had everything under control"

"Yeah I saw that " she laughed

"yeah what happened happened" I stated

"you're right "

"We both was enjoying our night just sad that someone had to ruin it for us because if it wasn't for him,we would be still inside dancing our asses off " I pouted

"Do you know him" Royalty asked as she raised her hand up to our Uber driver so that he can see us

"um yes/no" That came out as a question

"okay seems like you don't know the answer your self"she said as she got inside the Uber ,me following behind after her.

When we were seated in the backseat of the cab,I turned to look at her

"We met the other day, outside mom's work place"I stated, Royalty did the unthinkable and pinched me on my arm

"Ouch,what is that for "

"That's what you get for not telling me that you have met a very"handsome stranger",you know very well that I love gossip" she squealed

"That's exactly why I didn't tell you,I knew you would react like this,besides it's not like we're gonna be friends with that handsome stranger as you call him"I stated as I stared out the window

"Why is that, someone happened between the two of you"

"You don't wanna know Royalty,I hate that guy "I said as I remembered what took place the other day

"Hehe trust me, I do want to know and darling hate is such a strong word, ain't you exaggerating a little bit "

"Really Royalty "I sound defeated even in my own ears,why is she defending that jerk

"What!!It didn't look like you hate him when you grinded your fine ass at him"She said looking all innocent

"We're here" Said our under driver just as I was about to answer her

"Thanks" we said in unison,got out of the cab headed straight to Royalty apartment.

That I am happy for because I don't want my mom to see me like this.Yes I may be 23 years old but I still respect my mom

"Now where were we"Royalty asked as soon as we was inside her apartment

"No where" I replied sacarsm dripping from my reply

"Haha nice try Heaven but you will spil everything this very second"Said Royalty looking like a mom who is scolding her kid for stealing candy

"Jeez okay I'll tell you" Then I told her what transpired that day omitting that I find Aislum handsome also that his touch tonight did things to me

"Aislum, that's a very nice name for a handsome looking guy like him" Said Royalty as she continues to say his name then turned and looked at me wide eyed.

"You slapped him"

"Yes twice" I said smiling because I am proud of myself for putting a jerk like him in his place

"OMG Heaven,I can't believe you"She said laughing hard

"He deserved it though"

"Maybe your story with him starts with hate"she said looking serious now, laughter gone from her beautiful face

I know some serious lecture was about to take place,I beat her to it by saying

"Enough talking about him,I want to eat as I'm really farmished" I dismissed whatever talk/speech she was to say. Don't take me wrong I love my best friend,she gives good advices but tonight I'm really not in the mood for it.With that she said

"Okay I have left overs in the fridge" .

We ate our food, laughed, talked about other things not even once mentioning Aislum,we washed our dishes went Royalty's bedroom,washed our faces changed into our PJs,as I have a set of PJs here at Royalty's apartment,I can simply change into them.We went to bed as soon as I closed my eyes I saw Aislum piercing gray eyes,I still felt his touch,it was as if it's engraved on my body,it lingered on my skin and damn that cologne smells amazing,I found myself smiling until my sub conscious mind scolded me

'He's the enemy, don't forget that'

With that thought I closed my eyes and sleep took over.
