Chapter 15: acquired part 3

After everyone entered the palace, I.Q. muttered to himself, "Haa…I don’t know how many agents died because of my order."

Meanwhile, in the European palace, the European king ordered the troops to give a microphone to AGENT I.Q.

"Hey…hey AGENT I.Q., long time no see," commented the European king to I.Q.

"I will deal with you," replied I.Q. angrily.

"Ok…before we proceed, I want to inform you of something. Remember those European agents you encountered earlier? They are still in prison, but they weren't alone. There were actually seven of them, and each one possesses two nuclear-powered explosives," said the European king.

"What?" asked I.Q.

"So, here's my proposition: either you allow yourself to be captured by my agents or face the consequence of destroying half the population of Asia," said the European king with a sinister tone.

"What the…" said AGENT I.Q., while struggling to control his emotions.

"And unfortunately, two of those agents are in your resident, the Indian resident. Four bombs are in the Indian resident, with two in the prison and the others hidden somewhere. Oh, and how could I forget? You happen to be the vice-captain of the Indian resident team 9… correct?" informed the king of Europe.

"How do you even know that?" asked I.Q.

"It doesn’t matter how I know. What matters is your sister's involvement. She leads the information gathering in team 9… isn't that right, I.Q.?" said the king of Europe.

As I.Q. heard about his sister, he asked, "What about my sister?"

"Nothing. In my palace, there's a lack of entertainment. I need some… excitement," replied the king of Europe.

"You are despicable," said I.Q.

"Just comply with my demands. Nothing will happen to anyone, including your sister," said the king of Europe calmly.

I.Q. hesitated, recalling his father's words: "Protect your sister at all costs." After a moment, he replied, "I will surrender…but on the condition that no harm comes to anyone, especially my sister," said I.Q.

"Agreed," replied the king of Europe.

As I.Q. surrendered himself, he exchanged a meaningful glance with AGENT E.Y., who understood the plan. Without a word, they conveyed their intentions. Once the European troops breached the walls of Asia, a message was sent to the palace: "AGENT I.Q. acquired."
