220 Words
As they stood outside the courthouse, Ryder turned to Emily and smiled. "We did it," he said. "We made a difference." Emily smiled back, her eyes shining with tears. "We sure did," she said. "And we couldn't have done it without each other." Rachel nodded in agreement, a big smile on her face. "We make an amazing team," she said. And with that, they hugged each other tightly, basking in the joy of their victory. They knew that their work had made a real difference in the world, and that they had found true happiness together. As they walked away from the courthouse, hand in hand, Ryder turned to Emily and said, "You know what? I think it's time we started a new chapter in our lives." Emily's eyes lit up. "What did you have in mind?" she asked. Ryder grinned. "I was thinking we could start a family," he said. "We've been through so much together, and I think we're ready for this next step." Emily's face lit up with joy. "I'd love that," she said. Rachel, who was walking behind them, let out a whoop of excitement. "I'm going to be an aunt!" she exclaimed. And with that, the three of them walked off into the sunset, arm in arm, ready to face whatever the future held, together.
