We drove to her house in silence. “Next time, I’ll introduce you to a guy.” I shrugged carelessly. “He probably won’t be interested in me," I retorted, pulling into the driveway of her house. “I bet he will. You’re pretty and funny; what isn’t there to be interested in?” she grinned. I laughed loudly. “Why do guys go to parties?” As if the answer was clear to her, she pursed her lips. “Not all guys go there just to hook up.” I shrugged. “Most of them do.” She rolled her eyes before a slow grin spread across her face. “You don't have to talk to guys.
