Zephans pov.
She escaped...
I rushed to her room only to find her chains broken by the bedside, claw marks glaring at the silver surface. I should have known she was no ordinary wolf who could claim the position of commander. A note glared at the bedside table filling out of place in the dark room.
Mate, this was fun, but your room is too broody can't stay.
Till next time.... Mwaah
My hand gripped tightly at the note, trembling as a swirl of emotions ran through me as I banged my hands across the wall.'' Seth lock down the packhouse and find Aliyah now. ''My voice boomed through the mink link, impending an oppressive pressure. That scheming woman did this on purpose, and I underestimated her by giving her an opening.''Alpha, commander Aliyah is at the pack grounds, waiting for you. My rage peaked as I went to the pack grounds to confront the Twilight army. My heterochromia eyes green and blue glowed with intensity as my wolf surfaced. He hated being challenged most.
Aliyah pov
Here we go...
My body was itching for a fight immediately to remove all my pent-up frustrations of being locked up. My beta,Reina, stood by my side as I observed the sidelines waiting for Zeph. My glycan muttered in my mind with rage. Once that wolf comes out, I am beating him to pulp. How dare he cast a spell on me to sleep? I have a great sense of direction and magic didn't affect me as much as normal wolves, so when Zephan used a spell on me, it only made me drowsy for a few seconds before the effects wore off, but this was a secret I kept closely to me only. This advantage gave me leeway when fighting witches, warlocks and other magical creatures. So I pretended to faint as I surveyed their pack structure with my senses and already laid out their park structure and their defense systems, mastering their patrol system and mind-linked my beta for the details needed to infiltrate their park. They don't call me a ruthless and tactical alpha for nothing. All this was a deliberate scheme to lure the enemy to my lap, and it partly worked except for the mate bond. I leisurely waited for him to appear, a mysterious smirk dancing on my mouth as he rushed out of the manor his dark hair disheveled as he frantically searched for me his eyes blazing in anger. Here we go again...

The underworld is never silent. Tonight, it roars, the clashing of claws echoed in the atmosphere. The fight began. Wolves howl from every corner, their voices rising in defiance as two factions converge beneath the crimson moon the battlefield flooded with adrenaline.
Lyra stands at the head of her pack, her icy blue eyes blazing ,her body excited because of the fight . She has ruled these streets for years, her claws carving fear into every rival, her blood painted in every inch of these territories. But now, the air itself trembles with a new power ,his power clashing with hers.
From the opposite side, he emerged, his rage clouding his eyes as he moved swiftly as a seasoned soldier. He was no longer the boy she remembers, timid and afraid, but a ruthless commander cloaked in shadow, his wolves moving like soldiers at his command. Magic coils around him, crimson light sparking against the mist as he charged brutally at her engaging into a fierce fight testing their strength and resilience.
The crowd of underworld dwellers watches, breathless. They know what this means: the return of a rival strong enough to challenge her reign.
Lyra bares her fangs, her voice carrying like thunder holding authority. “You think you can take what’s mine?” He smiles, cold and deliberate. “I don’t have to take it. I’ll make it mine by right.”
The factions clash. Wolves snarl, spells ignite, claws tear through shadows. The park grounds become a battlefield, every strike echoing with the weight of history.
Lyra fights with feral fury, her claws dripping with blood and moonlight. Yet every time she lunges, he meets her with equal force — his sorcery burning hotter, sharper, fueled by the cruelty she once inflicted.
And beneath the chaos, their eyes lock. Every strike is personal. Every wound is the memory of the people they were before. The girl who ruled through fear, the boy who rose through pain are now equals, now enemies, now something far more dangerous.
The crimson moon watches, silent and merciless, as the underworld trembles under their return.
