I knocked on the door, waiting for Don Quiximo to open up and set my world back to rights. So much had happened since the day I woke up in Elizabeth Castillo’s body. I had no time to sit down and process it all.
Elizabeth’s decision to drop her case against Bryce was one huge pressure off my back. I admired her strength. As much as I hated to admit it, she had been mistreated by my boyfriend last night. I’d definitely set some new boundaries with Bryce after this.
